Obviously we are very far behind in submissions. I'm going to run through and bang these 195 of them out, and try to keep up on it a bit more (All us mods are extremely busy... it's hard to check in here when life is calling! But I apologize for all of us because it was definitely not intentional and we know how much you want your submissions validated quickly).
Just a heads up: You are not going to be receiving an acceptance letter on poetry/art. I'm just going to go ahead and click the validate button and move on to speed things up a bit. On stories, just because you might need to know to submit the next chapter, I'll try to remember to send the acceptance letter. If you don't get one but your chapter is validated, I sincerely apologize in advance.
Any rejected submissions will still receive the letter so you know what you have to change to submit it again.
Happy holidays, everyone!
PS -- if you submitted multiple chapters at a time before one becomes validated, I'm going to let that slide this time just because of how badly we've been doing at validating. HOWEVER, if an early chapter of your story is rejected, I'm going to send ONE rejection email out for that chapter, and the subsequent chapters are just going to be deleted from the queue. Then, please try to resubmit using only ONE at a time.
Edit;; And, as of 6:02 pm EST on December 22, 2010... the queue is empty! :D
