Well, usually people make them with photomanipulation programs like The Gimp, Photoshop, or Paint Shop Pro.

I know. Writing is going to be tricky. I'm taking a full "AP" course load, which basically means tons of essays. I'll be too tired to write anything else. Yuck. And jees, you started early.

Don't complain; I started the seventh. Which means my updates will take while. Three AP courses=lots of work. There are a bunch of other stories here. Unless you've read all of them (and if you have I don't know whether to admire or be frightened of you), read some of the older ones. There are lots of good works that are no longer on the Most Recent list. I can't wait to see the banners. Espcially mine, lol.

Yeah, I figured out there were a bunch of new ones after I was done complaining... oops. Thats what I get for for complaining! And yeah, can't wait for the banners either... I hope someone makes one for me. And yikes, what grade are you in? I'm in eleventh, and I've got two, not counting advanced chemistry, which could be an AP course if our school wasn't too cheap to get the test... I hope you still get to write, I love reading your stories.

I have honors geometry second semester (AP isn't available) and then the most homework giving teacher at the school for reading. Science and Social Studies are just classes, no distingishment (there isn't an advanced option of any sort). I'm only in 8th grade, so I have to go to the high school for my geometry class. Not to mention that I'm in a trillion clubs. Already. And school hasn't even started yet.

Yeah, I'm not in school any more so ... stop complaining. At least you get a summer vacation. I work full time -- even in the summer. I don't have homework -- but still ... trust me, enjoy school while you can!!

I think we all can understand that. I'm trying to get all my updates in while I can. But I am complaining... that's the nice thing about one more year of highschool... I'm not in the real world yet.

im not complaining much, i started last week so I got used to schoo, but I do have trouble updating because of it...but then again who wont... i'm taking two AP classes, and honnors english, my teacher loves my writting (she saw my writting here at the Archives -she loves twilight.) and medical courses and IM BARELY A SOPHOMORE!

Dude -- Megan -- I'm going to Disney World in December!! How freakin' cool is that? I've had the trip booked since, like, February. (There was a deal on airfare -- nonstop, roundtrip from Portland for only $200!!)

oh yea...i start today technically and i have two essay to write by 7;40 and i have a swim meet and im taking AP US history AP Language and Composition astronomy Honors Alegebra II Notetaking and World lit...FACE SLACKERS!! and im a junior....so .....yea...OH AND I SWIM VARSITY...sorry really tired and just felt like venting..lmao

Alice Clone, I feel your pain. I'm a junior t0o.. but the only thing that I'm in that remotely resembles a sport is marching band-- which is enough to make me want to kill myself-- but I'm taking AP history too... ew. So.... yeah. Hey, did anyone else notice that everyone writing here is smart? Well, taking advanced classes... I wouldn't call myself smart, exactly.

I'm a sophmore, but I'm taking a lot of challenging classes, too. Try taking Honors Algebra 2, AP NSL, Honors English, TWO science classes(bio and chem. BOTH honors),Honors Latin 3(SKIPPING Latin 2), Russian History, WHILE doing Cross Country. Yea. SO if you don't see me very often, you can kind of guess why...

Yeah, I did all the fun honors courses my sophmore year too.. I think I hate school. And sorry, absolutely no time to update. I'm going to have to write during freakin' lunch if I want to update before winter break. I'm done complaining now though, because I'm starting to sound like a broken record. Today was the first day, and I made it through with minimal damage. I had to drop a science course though... it had a bunch of scummers in it that didn't care... it led to gum in my hair. I hate cruel people!

It's "Oy Vey." Yiddish is weird. And the only way I know to be in two places at once isn't real ... unless you know where to find a time-turner like Hermione's in "Prisoner of Azkaban."

Just wrote an essay on why I should be 'Clubs Editor' on my school yearbook staff; the teacher said a quick 5-7 sentence paragraph would be fine. Me, I do a full page.

Oh, and I read a creepy story today. Really good, just creepy. Well, wouldn't be another year of AIG Comm if I didn't read a creepy but good story! In 6th grade I read two that I can't remember the names of, one about a smart kid living under a dictatorship, and at a certain age they have to take a test and if they do too well, they kill them. Reflecting on the writing style, it may have been a Shirley Jackson story; I'm not sure. The other one in 6th was about a woman who owned a bed and breakfast that had only ever had 2 guests, and they never checked out. Taxedermy (Did I spell that right? Of course not) is creepy. 7th grade was 'The Most Dangerous Game'. That was totally awesome. Afterward we had to write a sequel to it, and it was much more suited to my writing style than most of what I've written here. And today was Shirley Jackson's 'The Lottery'. Haunting, just haunting.

Blonde Bella- omg, the Lottery. i read that last year in my L.A class. disturbing, just freaky. then we had to actually act it out. we were all so good it creeped me out, especially cause i had to play the women who had the black dot. *shudders*
