The submissions are (slightly) better than they have been, so at least it's improving. I do have a few things to say, though.
1. If you simply type your chapter in the story text area and then submit it without first saving it to your computer, there is NO WAY for a mod to recover it if it has been rejected and deleted from the submissions queue. REMEMBER TO SAVE A COPY OF YOUR STORY/ART/POETRY ON YOUR OWN COMPUTER!
2. Do not get angry at the mods because they reject your submissions. If you do not correct the things we ask you to correct, your submissions will continue to be rejected.
3. USE THE PREVIEW BUTTON. The majority of the submissions I've had to reject today were spacing errors that most likely could have been avoided if the users who submitted the stories could have clicked the preview button. Please, it makes our job so much easier.
Thanks for raising the bar with the submissions - it makes it a lot easier to do my job when I can just click a few buttons and validate the story. :)
Okay, so I know submissions are taking a little bit. But seeing as both lustandthrill and I are busy, and Kaiwynn is on haitus still, we can't always go through all the submissions at once. Especially considering there have been 60+ every time I log in to check submissions. I just don't have that kind of time to spend on the computer at the moment, and I don't think lustandthrill does either. Please don't give up on us - I promise your story will be validated within a day or so of your submission, and if it's not... you can chop up my Twilight book!
Okay, I'm sorry guys, but I'm on vacation right now. Which means submissions might be a little slow in getting accepted. I try to get on every night, but it isn't until around 11 or so and there are still massive amounts of submissions. I can only get through about 20 of them, if I'm lucky, by 11 because I'm thoroughly exhausted. I apologize for the delay in getting things validated and I hope you don't give up on me!
