Rating 4.5/5   Word Count 1334   Review this Chapter

Rosalie, Alice, and I sat at a table in the way back of the night club so that the boys don't see us. They think that we're off hunting. I have been a vampire for 8 years now and married to Edward for that long. "They don't know we're here so far." Alice said. I smile. All three of us were in jeans and a nice shirt. "Edward's going up." Rosalie said. We turn to watch Edward when the music began.

Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On by Neal McCoy.

Awww Yah!

Bill's at the bar, he's been there all night. First ten beers he'd had, since her goodbye. Hey! Hey!

She left him broke, in his new truck. He don't smoke, but he lights one up. Temporary fix, for his heartache. He's hurting bad, but he's feeling great.

He's on the dance floor yelling Freebird. Singing off pitch but he knows every word. Grabs him a girl and he holds on tight. He's chasing everthing in sight. He'll fall apart when he gets home. But right now his worries are gone. Life looks good, good, good. Billy's got his beer goggles on. Hey!

Lot of drunks, get real mean. They'll pick a fight, over anything. Billy wants to laugh, that's why he's here. You won't see him cry, unless you spill his beer.

He's on the dance floor yelling Freebird. Singing off pitch. But he knows every word. Grabs him another girl and he holds on tight. Now he's chasing everything in sight. He'll fall apart when he gets home. Right now his worries are gone. Life looks good, good, good. Billy's got his beer goggles........ on.

He's on the dance floor yelling Freebird. Singing off pitch but he knows every word. Grabs him another girl and holds on tight. He don't see ugly through blood shot eyes. He'll fall apart when he gets home. But right now his worries are gone. Cause life looks good, good, good. So good, good, good. Life looks good, good, good. Bill's got his beer goggles...... on.

We all clapped as Edward heads to sit down. Alice leaned over to talk to me. "Girls are falling out of their seats." Alice whispered. "I know." I hiss. Emmet was heading for the stage and Rosalie couldn't keep her eyes off him. The music began.

Find Me a Preacher by Trace Adkins.

Look at you sittin' on that tailgate. All barefoot, beautiful brown eyes. Just watching you breathing is blowing me away. All I can think about tonight.

Sombody find me a preacher. Somebody find me a man with a bible who can tie a knot. I know what I got, I know who I want. Track him down, wake him up. Right here right in this Tennessee Dirt. No long white dress, no little white church. Just you in your cutoff jeans and my old t-shirt. Somebody find me a preacher.

Baby I can't wait another minute. With you on my lap and your back against the wheel. I ain't got no diamond here to give ya. But if this is how loving you feels.

Somebody find me a preacher. Somebody with a bible that can tie a knot. I know what I got. I know who I love. Track him down, wake him up. Right here right now in this Tennesse Dirt. No long white dress, no little white church. Just you in your cutoff jeans and my old t-shirt. Somebody find me a preacher.

Cause I want to spend the rest of my life making you feel the way I feel right now.

Somebody find, somebody find me a preacher. Somebody find me a man with a bible who can tie the knot. I know what I got, I know who I love. Track him down, wake him up. Right her right now in this Tennesse Dirt. No long white dress, no little white church. Just you in your cutoff jeans and my old T-shirt. Somebody find me a preacher.

Somebody find me a preacher, find me a preacher.

I thought Rosalie was going to give us away when she clapped the loudest. "Rose. They are not suppose to know we're here. You better not give us up." Alice growled. "Let her have some fun, Alice. Your mans going up now." I said, as Jasper headed for the stage. The music began.

Play Something Country by Brooks and Dunn.

Yes, she blew through the toor like TNT. Put her hand on her hip, pointed a finger at me. Said: "I'm a whiskey drinkin', cowboy casin', helluva time."

"I like Keith, Allan, and Patsy CLine. I'm a full grown Queen Bee lookin' for honey. Ha-ooh-hoo, aw, play somethin' country."

Yeah, the band took a break, the DJ played P Diddy. She said: "I didn't come here to hear somethin' thumpin' from the city." Said: "I, I shaved my legs, I paid my money. Ha-ooh-hoo, play somethin' country. Ha-ooh-hoo, aw, play somethin' country."

Crank up the band, play the steal guitar. Hank it up a little, let's rock this bar. Threw back a shot; yelled: "I'm a George Strait junkie. Ha-ooh-hoo, play somethin' country. Ha-ooh-hoo, aw, play somethin' country."

Yeah, the bartender yelled: "Y'all, it's closin' time." She got this wild look on her face, an' said: "Your turck or mine. I know a place down the road, it's kinda funky. Ha-ooh-hoo, all out in the country. Ha-ooh-hoo, now, play somethin' country."

Crank up the band, play the steal guitar. Hank it up a little, let's rock this bar. Threw back a shot; yelled: "I'm a George Strait junkie. Ah-ooh-hoo, play somethin' country. Ha-ooh-hoo, now play somethin' country."

Instrumental break.

Crank up the band, play the steel guitar. Hank it up a little, let's rock this bar. Threw back the shot; yelled: "I'm a George Strait junkie. Ah-ooh-hoo, play somethin' country. Ha-ooh-hoo, play somethin' country.

If you thought Rosalie was bad, Alice was worse. "Alice settle down." I said. Edward was heading for the stage. When he turned, he looked right at me. The music began.

Would You Go With Me by Josh Turner

Would you go with me if we rolled down streets of fire? Would you hold on to me tighter as the summer sun got higher? If we roll from town to town and never shut it down?

My jaw hit the ground. I couldn't believe it. He had known I was there since the start.

Would you go with me if we were lost in fields of clover? Would we walk even closer until the trip was over?

And would it be okay if I didn't know the way.

If I gave you my hand would you take it and make me the happiest man in the world. If I told you my heart couldn't beat one more minute without you, girl. Would you accompany me to the edge of the sea. Let me know if you're really a dream. I love you so, so would you go with me.

Would you go with me if we rode the clouds together? Could you not look down forever? If you were lighter than a feather? Oh, and if I set you free, would you go with me.

If I gave you my hand would you take it and make me the happiest man in the world. If I told you my heart couldn't beat one more minute without you, girl. Would you accompany me to the edge of the sea. Help me tie up the ends of a dream. I gotta know, would you go with me. I love you so, so would you go with me.

Edward came towards me and I stood up. "Next time tell us the truth." Edward said, kissing me. From now on, I would do what Edward would tell me.
