It had been 5 days since we first got to Edward’s house. I had suddenly got used to it, and it was almost a routine every day. Nothing exciting really happened, although Edward and I were enjoying being together for such a long time.

Alice and Jasper insisted that they go to a grocery store, only because Alice had never been in one.

Jasper did whatever she did, just to make her happy. And Edward did exactly the same thing to me.

Edward would cook for me, which was always delicious, which would make me even madder. Everything that Edward dose is always better then me, but what could you expect.

Almost every other day we would watch a movie together on the newly bought TV, which jasper just had to have to survive. Jasper and Alice would watch movies with us too. Carlisle was acting a little strange, all he would do is work, since he left the hospital in such a hurry for a week. Maybe he missed Esme. He would still talk to us and come down to help Edward with the cooking, because Edward insisted that they all learn how to do it.

I just sat back and watched. At least I did something better then them.

At night the others stayed down stairs, while Edward and I went up. Edward would play the piano before I went to bed, always my lullaby. I never got tired about hearing it, although, I did memorize it.

Then as soon as he thought I was close to unconsciousness, he would lay in his bed next to me.

Every day didn’t seem to stressful for any of them. I almost, not quite, forgot that we were hiding from vampires that were trying to kill me. If you looked into everyone’s eyes closely, you could see that they defiantly didn’t forget. They were just trying to make this a pain free environment, which I appreciated.

There was no news about the vampire’s either, until Thursday morning.

I awoke to Edward getting out of bed. “Where do you think your going?” I asked teasing him as I sat up.

“Bella lets go down stairs.” He said, but he wasn’t teasing, he sounded serious.

“ok.” I said, not quite understanding what was going on. He came over and lifted me in his arms, and carried me down stairs.

Then he sat me on my feet. I walked over to where everyone else was huddled around Alice, on the living room couches.

“What do you see, Alice?” Carlisle asked.

“Love, is it bad?” Jasper asked her.

Edward took my hand as we stood behind Carlisle, so we could get a view of Alice. Her face was smooth and concentrated, she was seeing something. Edward let out a gust of air.

“No, it’s good. They decided to leave. Victoria was getting on their nerves, and they thought there was no point to any of this, so there deciding to leave forks, Bella, and her parents alone.” Alice said as she opened up her eyes.

A wave of relief washed over me. I wasn’t in grave danger, and my parents weren’t either! I sighed and let my face fall in Edward’s chest.

“Wait, that doesn’t sound right.” Jasper said. Carlisle nodded.

“It’s too unexpected.” Carlisle said. I tensed back up.

“No, it’s true. Do you not trust me?” Alice asked.

“No, no, we trust you Alice.” I said. Alice smiled at me.

“It’s what she saw, and I won’t bet against Alice. Why don’t we all pack up?” Edward asked.

I nodded. We started back up stairs, I felt happy, I get to go back to forks, and out of this house. They never let me go out, no matter how much I tried.

Edward started over to his bag, while I went to mine. I folded everything as best as I could. I looked over at Edward and smiled. His stuff was all folded perfectly, he was even better at folding then I was!

“I’m going to call the others. Tell them that they can leave too.” He said as soon as he was done.

he grabbed his cell phone and walked out of the room and shut the door, so that I could change out of my sweats. As soon as I was done, Alice walked in.

“hey, grab your hair stuff.” She said. Oh, no.

“Why?” I asked.

“Because silly, I have to practice doing your hair before the dance!” she said like it was childly obvious.

That was exactly the thing I was dreading. I grabbed it and walked with her to the bathroom, knowing that she would make a fuss.

Alice beamed up at me while she brushed my hair. My hair ended up looking rather good. She put it up in a pony tail, but it was a little different, with one stylish hair that she let fall out of the pony tail on the side.

“Thanks Alice.” I said. I knew she wanted what was best for me, and I wanted to make her feel good, she always did so much for me.

“Your welcome. Go to the bathroom. I’ll put this back in your bag and carry it down stairs. Were going to leave.” She informed me.

“ok.” I nodded. She shut the door.

After I was done I walked down stairs to find that everything was picked up, like we were never here. Edward walked up to the door. “Are you ready?” he asked me.

“yes.” I nodded.

He walked over to me and took my hand, leading me out the door. Jasper locked it once more, and I turned around to take one last look at the beautiful house.

We both got in the car, and Edward closed the car door. Once everybody was in Carlisle started it and with a purr, and we drove away from the house.

“Bella, I awoke you a little early, are you tired?” he asked me.

I shook my head.

“ok, then what do you want to do?” he asked. I shrugged.

“this.” I answered as I laid my head on his chest.

“Fine by me.” He said. Everyone else looked out the windows.

It seemed like we were in that car forever. I stayed up for it all, not sleeping once. I refused jasper’s tries as best as I could, and soon they stopped trying.

It was 5:00 in the morning when we pulled up to the Cullen’s house in forks. I felt like when we came back from Italy, I couldn’t stand, and Edward had to carry me to the front door.

Esme opened it; she had already got back from Florida with Emmett.

“Edward, what’s wrong with her?” she asked as he carried me up stairs. Esme fallowed.

“She refused to sleep.” He said looking own at me with disapproval. He kissed me on the cheek and set me on his couch gently. Then I drifted away to unconsciousness.
