A French Valentine...

He winked at her deviously, causing her to scowl. She glared at him angrily, causing him to grin.

“I love you,” He reminded her in that soft, musical voice of his.

“You know what?” She asked, standing up and putting her hands on her hips.

“Yes, love?” He asked, standing up also, blinking innocently at her.

“I…don’t know. All I know is that I’m very angry with you!” She growled at him. He was so enticed by her growl. Even though it could not compare to his own in the fear department, it definitely aroused him like no other.

“I love you, baby,” he pouted at her, causing her eyes to soften a bit.

“I’m still angry,” she remarked, tossing her hair over her shoulder and turning a bit so she wouldn’t have to melt under his hypnotic gaze.

“I love you more than anything else in the world,” he emphasized.

Still mad!” She emphasized straight back.

“I’m madly in love with you,” he whispered, making her scoff.

“Maybe your just crazy.” She replied, waving her hand in dismissal.

“I am…for your love,” he said, his voice sweeter than chocolate.

“Sorry, I don’t talk to crazy people…” she stated, sitting back down and sighing.

“Te quiero…” he spoke fluently, knowing how she loved the exotic tongues of the world. I love you he said in Spanish.

“Usted está loco,” she spurted back at him. You’re crazy…

“Je vous aime,” he flipped to French, causing her to freeze. I love you…She loved French most.

“Vous ne sont pas de foire,” She whispered, looking away. You are no fair…

“Je vous aime toujours, mon bel ange,” he pleaded with her in his most delectable French accent. She resisted the immediate urge to run into his embrace. I still love you, my beautiful angel.

“Pourquoi vous ceci tous avez fait? C'était complètement inutile!” She cried aloud, throwing her hands up in defeat. Why did you do all of this? It was completely unnecessary!

“Je l'ai fait parce que je vous aime!” He reminded her pointlessly. She finally turned around and glared at him once again. I did it because I love you!

“J'ai su déjà que vous m'aimez, vous n'avez pas eu à faire ceci!” I already knew you love me, you did NOT have to do this!

“Yes, but this proves how much I love you…” he whispered, looking down at his feet.

It was all just pretend, of course. He knew she loved it, and he also knew she would have killed him if he hadn’t remembered about this day or given her a special present.

Suddenly, she was there, in his arms and tucking her head under his chin. He hugged her tight to his chest and inhaled the sweet scent of her hair.

“Je vous aime si beaucoup plus que vous m'aimez, vous l'idiot!” She whispered before crushing her lips to his…I love you so much more than you love me, you idiot!

“LA Saint-Valentin heureuse, l'amour,” he grinned against her lips. She sighed and closed her eyes, leaning her forehead against his.

“Happy Valentine’s Day to you too, Emmett.” She laid a kiss against his cheek.

“I love you, Rosalie,” he said yet again, kissing her and whirling her around in a circle.

“So you did like the present, then?” He asked after a few moments.

“I loved it, of course,” She sighed, fingering her present.

Let us take the time to view the lovely couple’s surroundings. They were currently positioned inside of a log cabin in the middle of…nowhere. Outside the cabin, a blanket of soft white snow carpeted the mountain tops and fir trees.

A large jeep was standing in the driveway, while the pathway leading to the front door was sprinkled with red rose petals. Inside of the cabin, there were candles glowing luminously and a large bed occupied most of the only bedroom.

“So where’s my present?” He whispered into the crook of her elegant neck.

The neck that now held the present he had bought for her on this occasion. It was…perfect for her. It was a golden heart locket that opened to a picture of them…Rosalie looked stunning as she smiled on the right side of the heart, while Emmett grinned on the left. On the front of the locket, an engraving was made for her. Forever in my heart.

She loved it more than anything else she had gotten in this life of hers. She would go on to treasure it until the day she…ended.

“Oh! Let me get it!” She smiled, running back out to the car, and appearing in less than a second. She held her hands behind her back and winked at him.

It was a…teddy bear. Oh now, not just any teddy bear…it was a Rosalie Teddy Bear. The bear had a blonde wig on and also a red velvet dress. It had small leather boots on and also a tiara on one ear. He looked up and grinned at her.

“Go ahead and press the heart,” she urged, smiling back at him. He pressed down on the chest softly and a small musical voice came out, sounding exactly like her own.

I love you, Emmett Cullen!” Rosalie’s voice said. He looked up again and winked at her.

“See, now whenever I’m gone, you can always hear me,” she said, her voice sweeter than anything.

“Rose…I love it!” He exclaimed, kissing her again. He felt something brush against his thigh, and he grinned.

“Ready for the second part of your present?” She whispered seductively, biting down on her bottom lip and gazing up at him through her golden lashes.

“Bébé, j'étais né prêt…” He smirked. Baby, I was born ready.
