I ran in and made my way up stairs. My breathing hitched up to maximum hyperventilation.

I flew to my bed and started tearing the sheets. I tore them into squares, triangles, and all these other demented shapes that don't have names. I just kept clawing and clawing away until I hit the mattress, and stopped. I looked around until my eyes landed on the pillows. Feather pillows.

Hahaha. This will be fun.

I started to throw the down pillows first. I would throw them in the air and start swinging my airs around super fast, like a windmill in Chicago, and shredded right through them. I repeated until there were no pillows, blankets, or sheets left.

My breathing started to slow down to a regular pace.

Then I heard a quiet cough down stair.

Oh my god! I forgot about Carlisle and Jasper.

I ran down the stairs as fast as I could and found them in the same spot as earlier.

"I'm so sorry guys." I said trying to break the chains. "Humph! They won't break!"

"Yeah, uh, we kind-a already knew that." Said Jasper.

"What should I do?" I asked, more to Carlisle than Jasper.

"Try the pliers."

"Pliers? What are pliers?"

"Seriously Alice..." Jasper complained.

"They are blackish silver and red. The red is rubbery, and the black-ish silver is metal. They look kind of like scissors."

"Oh, pliers! I remember know." No, I don't. "Where are they?"

"Garage, I think."

"‘Mkay, I'll be right back."

"Wow..." was all I could say.

"Huh?" asked Carlisle.

"She doesn't know what pliers are."

"Yes she does."

"No she doesn't."

"She said she did-"

"She doesn't."

"How do you know?"

"She was still confused when she left the room."

"Oh, great." He was panicking on the inside.

There was a long, LONG, pause after that.

"Where is Esme?"

"Uh oh..." whispered Carlisle. Realization washed around the room, then it slowly got covered with guilt.

"It's our anniversary this week so we were gunna go to Fiji... and she was supposed to meet me at the airport..."he trailed off.

"I didn't know that." I said.

"Yeah, or anniversary is June 28th."

"I see... well your not gunna have a very fun anniversary night." I said with a smirk.

"Jasper!" Carlisle scolded, embarrassed.

"Ha, it's true and you know it."

"Yes, I do..."

"How much longer do you think she'll take?" I asked.

"I don't know- Wait, we are stronger than some pliers... we can...I see now..."

"What?" I asked confused.

"Go to your right, and I'll meet you on the same side."

"'Mkay... Now what?"

"You pull toward you and ill pull toward me."

"Ready? One... Two... Three!"

I didn't notice them breaking until we both crashed into separate walls followed by Alice running in yelling, "I got them!"

"No need." Carlisle said getting up and brushing the dust off his butt.

I looked up at Alice, "Uh, babe. That's a screw driver."

"Oh, well your free now. She said throwing the tool over her shoulder and running up and jumping on me. I caught her and kissed her on the forehead.

"Oh yeah, Esme is gunna kill you." Alice said to Carlisle.

He hung his head.

"Well it is for a good reason, and for that reason... we need to go get Bella." I said stating the obvious.

Carlisle ran out of the room leaving me and Alice standing there in the kitchen, alone.

"Wait so why is Esme going to be mad at him?"

"Oh, I totally forgot about that."

"I didn't even know."

I kissed her right behind her ear and she smiled.

I turned her head with my free hand, and I was about to kissed her on the lips, when I smelt blood.

"Ugh, I need to hunt." I said.

"Yeah you do, bring me back something." Alice said giving me a peck on the cheek and jumping down to meet Carlisle in the living room.

Everything was black. Am I asleep? Or am I dead? I don't feel alive, but I don't really know what to compare it to, I have never been dead.

My brain slowly skipped into a dream.

It was gray and gloomy out, and I was in the meadow, alone, but not for long. Edward was standing at the far side of the clearing. He was holding something behind his back.

Then to my right Alice, Carlisle, and Jasper stepped out they were all holding something behind there backs as well.

And then I looked to my left, it was Victoria. She was the closest to me. And I could see what she was holding because she, unlike the others, was holding it out in front of her like it was something majestic. And it was. It was Elizabeth Mansen's ring. My (ex-) ring. Victoria's ring.

"Come over here. I have something to tell you" Called Victoria. And I listened. I wanted to know what she wanted.

But at the same time that I took a step, Edward called for me, "Bella, my love, come here." Oh how I wanted to listen, but he was lying. He didn't love me. I just looked at him and shook my head no. he looked at me puzzled. I let out a soft chuckle that I knew even he could hear.

I continued to walk towards Victoria, when Alice yelled, "Hey, Bella, come here. We have questions considering the Wedding."

I looked at her and let a single tear roll down my cheek and looked down at the ground. There I found a tulip. A pink tulip. I picked it up and smelt it. Tulips don't have a smell to them, but they still are the most beautiful, next to roses. Everything got a little dizzy for a moment, but then went back to normal.

I looked up and saw Edward was in the middle of the clearing. I looked around and realized that no one else was there. And I also realized that it was sunny. It must be another day.

When I was done pondering I looked back to Edward. He was lying on his stomach next to someone. She had red hair. Victoria. And she had a tulip in her hair!

I got so mad, I started to turn around, but I heard Victoria laugh. I turned to see him kissing her on the neck. I started to cry and I turned and ran. I ran down a street and around a couple buildings. I saw a big brown building, and ran through the alley and went to run into the connecting alley, expecting to see another black aisle way, but found a pot of pink tulips.

I turned around and found the meadow again. UGH! Not again. It was raining.

I walked into the middle, and found a note.

It read:

Dearest Bella,

I love you.

Don't give up on me, because I won't give up on you. Even if I have to try to get you back forever...I will do it. Even if I have to change you, I will do it. Nothing can tear us apart.

With all my love,

To you my soul,

My heart,

And all that matters,

My Beautiful Bella,

My eyes got all teary again, and I crumpled the note and threw it to the ground, and I followed it. I fell to the ground so hard that when I went to catch myself with my hands, they got all cut up and started to ooze blood.

Then, I was tackled by to cold arms. I shut my eyes, as I heard the wind sing past me. I then felt the hard gravel shred the back of my shirt. I let out a yelp when my skin got snagged as well.

I opened my eyes to see two topaz ones looked over me greedily. I was so stunned I didn't even think to look at the rest of its body until I felt the same two cold arms lift me again. I looked down and realized that it wasn't Edward, but it was James.

He can still haunt me in my nightmares, just as effective as he did in real life.

He lifted me up and threw me over his shoulder and took off running. I would have kicked and screamed, but I was still too shocked.

James had TOPAZ eyes. Not even my dreams could have changed his ruby red to topaz, but that just proves it all the more, because I know now that I am truly dead.

I felt James start to decrease in his speed.

That's when I worked up the courage and strength to ask, "Why do you want me?"

"Bella? Are you okay?"

"I don't really know why you want me."

"Bella, why wouldn't I want you?"

"What? You don't like me. You wanted to-"

"You're my wife. We got married two days ago."

"Bella, love. Are you sure you're okay?"

"No, I don't think I am. Wait, where is Edward?"

"It's okay... it's okay" he said while circling his arms around me protectively. "He can't get to you."

"Huh? What's wrong with Edward? I want to see him!" I said struggling to get out of his arms.

"Do you not remember?" he asked tightening his grip on me.

"What don't I remember?" I said pushing against his (well muscled) chest.

"Edward and Victoria tried to kill you last month."

"Huh? Wait, what ever happened between YOU and Victoria?"

"What do you mean?"

"You two were in love, and were married..." I said trailing off at the sight of his face. It was all contorted, almost like he was going to cry, but it was more of agony, or pain. "...Are you alright?"

"Victoria never loved me. Like how Edward never loved you. oh and I have a present for you..." he reached behind him and picked up a pink tulip, and handed it to me.

Then everything went pitch black. I started to feel a pinching at the side of my neck. My hand flew to it, and I felt stickiness, a liquid. I pulled my hand back to examine it. And it was covered in blood. I started to get all weak at the knees, and I prepared myself as much as I could for fainting, but it never went black, and I never got dizzy. I just swayed. From right to left, right to left. My eyes started to droop, but I kept them open. And the pinching continued.

The moments passed by really, really slowly.

I felt a couple of arms hold mine, and they lifted me. I didn't even realize I was sitting on the ground. I looked up to find Alice and Jasper smiling down at me. Alice had worry in her eyes, but Jasper just had a pure smile on his face. I lifted my hand up to my neck. The pinching had stopped. And there was no blood. Not even dry blood.

"Alice... what is happening to me?"

"I don't know Bella, I don't know." She said with a frown.

I turned my head to Jasper. "I don't know any more than she does. If anything I know less." I nodded feeling the tears swell up behind my eyes. They were begging for me to let them loose, but I just couldn't.

"Bella..." It was a different voice, but yet I could tell this one apart from a crowd of a million, probably even a billion. It was Edward. "Wake up for me. Wake up, and find me. Sometimes we all need reminding what is really important, and what we cant live with out. Past flings are fun, but there is nothing like the present and future. I love you." He said coming up and giving me a kiss on the forehead.

Then everything went black, and then white.

Jasper hunted while I ‘assisted' Carlisle as he stitched her up. She was still unconscious, but she was coming close to waking up.

About 20 minutes after Carlisle finished closing up her neck, her breathing started to sound more prominent than before. She wasn't hyperventilating, but she was breathing very loudly and quickly.

"Carlisle! I think she is about to wake up!"

He was there in a second, and he was holding down her right arm and leg. "Hold down her left side. I don't know how she is going to wake up."

I instantly obeyed.

After about 2 minutes her breathing went back to normal and her eyes fluttered open.

"Oh My God, BELLA!" I yelled, throwing my arms around her neck. She hugged me back after Carlisle let go of her other arm.

"What- What happened?"

"Where do you want me to start?"

"The beginning would be good." She said like she was talking to a kindergartener.

"No... I mean: how much do you remember?"

"Uh... Edward hit Emmet. And then I talked to Esme, about if I want to stay here or if Edward and I were going to move out after the wedding, then I have black spots."

"Okay... well..."

Ten minutes later

"...And then Carlisle stitched you up."
