BElla's POV

"What? Why?" I ask. Edward looks at me impatiently. He grabs my hand and walks me off to the small, secluded bench.

"I need to talk to him." His voice is low and hard.

"Jacob?" I ask.

"Yes." His expression looks full of pain. Admitting he needs Jacob must killing him.

"Why?" I ask. Edward looks slightly annoyed, not at me but at the fact that he still doesn't have the number.

"I need his help." That's got to hurt for him to say that. He's doing surprisingly well though.

"Why?" I ask again.

"I want to know about Julia. I also need her instructions."

"Instructions?"

"I need her to tell us where to go, where we can be safe?"

"Oh." I say out of questions, and slightly speechless because Edward' touching my arm. Ever so slightly he has his hand on my arm, gently. rubbing it. He's working his magic. It's working.

"Fine." I say and give him the number. Edward rushes to the pay phone that I didn't even know was there before he was dialing.
I walk over to stand next to him. He's listening to the loud annoying ringing. We wait together. We wait for Jacob to answer. We wait to talk to Julia. We wait for our answer. We wait for our fate.

Jacob's POV

Julia is about to open her mouth to explain her other powers when the phone rings. We both look at each other, it's such a normal circumstance for to completely abnormal people in an even more abnormal situation. It even takes us a second to realize we should answer. We rush to the loud, annoying phone. I grab it and look to see who is interrupting our abnormal lives.

Then number is unfamiliar. It says ‘Toll Free', something that Billy and I normally ignore. It doesn't show up much on the caller ID, but we still ignore it. I asked Billy once and he said it was just someone selling something or other.

"It's nobody." I say to Julia who is still standing where she was, she's just turned her head to me.
"Go on." I say, putting down the still ringing phone.

"So...As you already know I can inflict pain on others. It's not something I particularly enjoy but it's something that I do...I'm sorry." She whispers the last part.

"it's fine." I say not letting my impatience into my voice. All I want to know is what else she can do. What else she already has done.

"I have some...other abilities."

"Like what? Can you read minds like that other leech? Can you make other people fall in love with you? Are you some little freak who has so many powers that no one will believe a thing you say, because right now I'm having trouble with that."

"No." She says calmly. "But I can...well I used to.. I might..."

"JUST SAY IT!" I say a little louder than I needed to. O well, She's a bitch she deserves it.

"I can..." Grr. "I can make people fall in love with me."

Even though I guessed it it's still a pretty big blow. I don't let it show, or at least I try not to.

"You can make anyone fall in love with you? Then why don't you go make some big rich celebrity fall in love with you? Why don't you make your life perfect instead of dealing with me? Why didn't you just leave me alone?"

"I didn't leave you alone because I like you. I do. And the reason why I don't just run away and marry a movie star because I...well...You see it doesn't really work on everyone. It's not something I have a whole lot of control over either.. Plus I have to really want it. That's something I found out before, it doesn't work unless I want it. Really bad. And most of the time I'm not sure whether or not it worked. I haven't done it in a long time. I haven't really told a whole lot of people, either...so if you could, you know?"

"Yeah, sure I won't tell anyone." She cracks a smile at this. I don't.

Bella's POV
"Damn dog didn't pick up!" Edward says sunder his breath. It's quick but I hear it.

"I'm sure if you call again..."

"Yeah." Edward sighs putting another couple coins in the machine. He dials and sits through the ringing again. This time he cringes after a couple minutes. Then I realize what happened.

"Hello." Jacob picked up this time. "Listen we need to talk."

Silence.

"Well, I know. But Julia-"

Silence.

"Can I talk to her?" His voice is hard.

Silence.

"Julia? Or should I be saying Jane? What the hell is going on?" His voice is low and criticizing.

Silence.

More silence.

"Why should I trust you?" His voice is still hard but it's softened slightly.

Silence.

Suddenly Edward's hard expression is softened, just like his voice. Instead of anger it's filled with worry and pain.

"What?" I ask anxious to find out what's going on.

"Switzerland?" HE asks.

"What?!" I ask more annoyed than anxious. Edward glances at me giving me a look that he know melts my heart. It leaves me speechless.

"Scotland?" Which is it Scotland or Switzerland?

Edward nods. HE smiles and then hangs up.

"Let's go." He says. Taking my hand and grabbing it.

"Wait," I ay, "What's going on? Where are we going?"

"We're leaving." He says grabbing my hand and pulling me along.

"Wait," I say again. "Why?"

"Jul-Jane says so."

"And why are we trusting Jane again?"

Edward stops and turns to me. He's slightly annoyed, but mostly worried.

"Because. She said so, and while she was talking I...looked around in the voices...and well. She's telling the truth."

"But I thought you can't read minds from that far away." I say utterly confused.

"Well...normally no....But sometimes...in extremes...I can." He's staring at the ground. I'm sure he expects to be pummeled with dozens of other questions. I can tell he secretly doesn't want to answer them. SO I don't ask. I just grab his hand and start walking.

Admittedly, with my amount of strength, and his...vampire-nests, I don't get very far. Instead my arm is nearly pulled out of the socket when Edward tugs on it, bringing me back to him. He swirls me around so I crash into him. I'm in his strong, white, cold arms.

"You aren't going to ask?" He smiles a little, but his voice is low and smoldering.

I just shake my head, unable to speak. HE crushes my lips with his cold ones. We kiss long and hard. I can tell by the way Edward moves that he's hesitant, but he's pushing through, but he's also controlling himself. We kiss for a long time.

I realize that I'm never going to forget this moment. Not because people are coming to kill me. Not because vicious, blood thirsty, VAMPIRES are coming to kill me. Not because I can't breathe and will likely pass out in the streets of Prince George. But because right now, in this moment, all I'm doing is kissing my husband. Even if I am kissing my gorgeous vampire husband who thirst for my blood, I'm still simply kissing my husband, on my honeymoon.

Jacob's POV

She hangs up and turns back to me. The room is filled with silence, cold hard silence.

"So?" She says awkwardly, like she doesn't know what to do.
"So," I repeat. "What else do you have up your sleeve?" I ask. She blushes and then says,

"Well...There's only one more thing. This one isn't too bad really....Well... Maybe it is."

She looks at me.

"Yean?" I ask, highly annoyed. I'm still pretty pissed off.
"Well...I can...change. I can shape shift."

I look at her with disbelief.

"You...can...shape shift?" I say trying to grasp it.

"yes. I can change into basically whatever I want. I can't copy though. I can't suddenly become Angelina Jolie whenever I want. It has to be slightly off, like the eyes, I can create all of her except the eyes, or the feet, something not too noticeable."

She looks at me as I swallow it all. Her eyes seem to ask if it's all right to go on. I nod.

"Another limit to the power is, when I do it, I can't change out of it until it's a new moon again. So basically I'm stuck in this form until the next new moon."

"Like a werewolf?" I chuckle. She smiles. We all know the myths, the rumors, that a werewolf becomes a werewolf at the new moon.
Oh the irony.

"So what do we do now?"
