They say when it's all
Gone
You still have your
Integrity.
Your sense of right
Your sense of pride.
They say no one can take it away.
But how wrong they are.
When everything is gone,
You are without
Love,
Life,
Meaning.
When these things are gone,
You are broken, shattered,
Not whole.
I am not whole-
Therefore, I have no
Integrity.
I have nothing inside.
