"Sure," I said, "How long will we be gone in, you know, my reality time?"

"About a day and a half, the others could come if they wanted to, but I don't know if they'd really enjoy it."

"Is it okay if I ask them too?" I asked.

"Sure," Luke answered.

"Alright." I said getting up to leave and get back to my mountain of e-mails.

"Elizabeth?" He asked.

"Yes?"

"Do you still want to go through with this?"

I had to think for a minute of what he meant. He was wondering if I still wanted to become queen of Nymth.

"...yes." I answered after a minute and turned and ran through the woods towards our small house.

Ryan met me half way back and was buzzing with questions. I had to tell him everything. Alec repeated the same things. Both of them were shocked that Lucas was now the costume designer.

Neither of the two wanted to be dressed up, but, since I thought it would be fun, they joined right in. Lucas said that he had to leave for a while so he could get our attire for the "party."

Lucas was gone for a whole entire week! That week was one of the slowest weeks pf my life. Alec and I played outside a lot, and we played video games for hours on end. Alec broke four wii controllers, Ryan broke two, and I only broke one when both of them beat me a Mario Cart. I was mostly busy with answering Lexi's e-mails and trying to convince Edward that I was fine. I hadn't told him about the party, knowing he'd look even harder for me. I was surprised he hadn't found us yet.

"Look whose back." Ryan said as Lucas walked through the door with a duffel bag slung around his shoulder.

"Lucas! Your back! Do I get to see my dress?" I asked excitedly.

"You'll have to give me a few minutes to get everything out of here, and no cheating." He said when he caught me trying to mentally pry.

"Please?" I said as I put on a five-year-old's pout face.

He laughed and so did Alec and Ryan. I turned to face the two who were now rolling on the floor, giving them a death stare. That shut them up.

"So, when do I get to see?" I asked again.

"Give me about three and a half minutes. I need to put their stuff in their rooms and then you can see your dress."

"Fine." I said impatiently and stamped my foot. Alec tried to suppress a laugh. It didn't work and I smacked him on the back of the head, "There's nothing funny to be laughing at, so shut it."

Lucas went up the stairs and I followed him around the whole way. I saw all three of their attires, and apparently it was a suit and tie occasion. Both Ryan and Alec had been given regular black tuxes, but Lucas's was an off white.

We finally reached my new room and I practically shoved Luke through the door so I could see my dress. Luke set the bag on the end of my bed, reached in, and pulled out the most beautiful and simple dress I had ever seen.

It was a gorgeous Grecian style flounce evening dress in rich crimson color with jeweled center brooch and beading. It was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't believe my eyes.

Lucas then pulled out a gorgeous pair of silver heels with what appeared to be diamonds on the toe of each. They were also breathtaking and completed the outfit.

"Oh my god!" I squealed, "I absolutely love it!" I couldn't help myself; I ran and hugged him, "Thank you, thank you, thank you! It's... it's ... stunning, gorgeous, spectacular! I don't know how to describe it really." I said into his shoulder.

I then noticed Alec was standing in the doorway. How long had he been standing there? Oh man I hope he didn't get the wrong idea behind that. Crap, oh man, what am I going to do if...

"Sorry." Alec said gruffly before turning around and racing down the stairs. I could see him violently shaking, threatening to phase at any second.

"Alec," I called after him, pulling away from Lucas, "Alec, wait! It's not like that!"

Yet... Lucas's inner voice invaded my head.

Get out! I screamed back.

I followed Alec down the stairs and through the broken glass of what used to be the back doors before I felt a familiar stone vice lock around my waist, holding me hostage.

"Get off Ryan!" I yelled, "Let me go!" I pounded on his arms, trying to break free, but to no avail. I had no other choice.

I spun around and looked him directly in the eyes and did the one thing that I swore to Edward that I would never do, I unleashed my mind on him. His mind was like soft putty in my incredibly angry hands.

Let me go! I commanded him.

Ryan's arms went limp and I took off into the woods after Alec.
