And because I love you all for reviewing... Here's the sequel to 'Tears Don't Fall'. I apologize if I take longer to write this, I am plagued with Writer's Block often. Bella awakens from a long sleep, but finds that she does not remember Edward. Will Edward take this chance and leave Bella so to never hurt her again? Or will he spend her last waking moments with her? DISCLAIMER: All characters, real or fake, belong to Stephenie Meyer. This story is a result of my untamed imagination. Please don't sue me.

Ah... This idea hit me like a brick wall. I'm doing this for all the people who want me to continue 'Tears Don't Fall'; but also for myself. I want to know how this will carry on.

“Jasper…” The whisper escaped my lips.

“Jasper.” Edward said. I could feel his jaw tightening.

“Edward and Bella.” I could not help but be startled when I looked into Jasper’s eyes. They were circled with purple and a sinister red, telling me that he had recently fed. It was strange to me that not a drop of blood was on his off-white tunic. “It’s been so long.”

I stared at his face. Despite the frightening red irises, it was for sure, Jasper. His pale blonde hair was pushed off his face and his features were perfectly angular. He wore a white tunic over blue jeans. I wondered for a moment why Alice wasn’t with him, and then the look in his eyes told me.

He had let his inner beast get the better of him.

“What are you doing here? Looking for a new menu?” Edward said sneeringly. His arm tightened around me.

“Edward.” Jasper took a step closer, and I got a better view of his eyes. His eyes looked exactly like James’. Right before he tried to kill me.

“Stay away, murderer.” Edward snarled.

“Why the contempt?” Jasper asked, as if he didn’t know.

“You’re the reason I almost lost Bella.” Edward hissed, glaring at Jasper.

“Oh. That.” Jasper’s voice was irritatingly smug.

“So, if you don’t mind, I ask that you leave.”

“I will leave now. But I will return, Edward, someday. And soon.” Edward and Jasper stared at each other for a long time. It took me a while before I realized that Edward was reading Jasper’s mind, and Jasper was willingly feeding him all his thoughts. From the expression on Edward’s face, I could tell that it wasn’t good.

When I turned to look at Jasper once more, he was gone. Edward growled at the empty space. “What’s wrong?” I asked, touching my fingertips to his icy skin.

Edward turned to me. “He wants you.”
