So she said "What's the problem baby?" What's the problem? I don't know Well, maybe I'm in love I think about it every time I think about it Can't stop thinking 'bout it Hello- My name is Jacob Black. It was Jacob Black, for animals do not own names. I have a story. But you won't like it, for it is sad and I have heard that people are fond of happy stories nowadays. Sometimes I wonder what life would have been life if I had never met her. But I quickly dispel that thought because life without love is not worth living. Technically, I should not have ever loved her. She was a daughter of my Enemy and a child of Once Loved. Yet, I did love her and it is too late to change any of that. I think I am dying. I place my pen to the paper one last time...

Chapter 4: Cancer

"Alice? Alice! Are you alright?"

"Daddy!" Ally jumped into his arms, "I'm fine, why?"

"Oh, Ally! I was so worried!" Edward pulled his daughter closer, protecting her from all harm. "Alice saw your future disappear, we thought you might have been kidnapped!"

"Daddy, I can defend myself! But you're close any way." She add as if afterthought, "Only tomorrow."

Edward tensed, it was harder for him to read her mind. He only caught snatches and flickers. This time her heard her thoughts loud and clear.

Well, umm father. He was really persistent. So I may have...

"What! You agreed!"

"He was really pushy!"

"So? My daughter doesn't date were-wolves!"

"Eckk!" Rosaline and Alice slinked back, "You have no taste!"

"It's not a freaking date! I'm just going to go for a bike ride." Edward glared at Ally, she took it all in stride.

"Look if he gets too irritating then I just bump him off. Happy?"

Edward kissed her forehead, "There's my girl!"

Bella crossed her hand snappily, "Edward," She warned. He wrapped a hand around her waist reassuringly.

"You're not going, Ally."

"Edward! Let her!"

"He's a werewolf, a dog!"

"He's my best friend." Screamed Bella.

Ally attempted to cut in, "I don't want to go!" But no one heard her.

Ally yawned, and closed her book.

"I'm bored." Talking to a pig and expecting it to talk back. First sign of insanity.

"Yea!!!! I get to dress you up!" Alice burst though the door, thumbscrews in hand.

"No, Alice! I don't want to encourage him! I thought you didn't like were-wolves either."

"I don't, but it's been so long sense I got to give you a makeover!"

"Only two weeks!"

"Whatever, please?"

"Ugg, help me pick out a skirt."

"You'll tear it!"

"I'm wearing a skirt."

"Dress? Jeans?"

"Skirt. Poodle skirt."

"It's going to rip! Wait!" Alice ran out of the room. Ally blinked, surprised. Almost immediately after she left she returned,

"Ta da!" Alice held out a dark brown that was almost black.

"Leather. You've got to be kidding me."

"No! It will go great with some blush I have."

"No."

"Please?"

"No."

"Pretty please?" Alice stared up at her with large eyes, "With sugar on top?"

Ally got a strange glint in her eyes, "On second though, yes!"

"I knew it! You're such a flirt!"

"I know, I remembered that old television show."

"Which one?" Alice then broke into a smile and they both shouted,

"The Untouchables!"

***

I had waited out there all night. Occasionally sleeping, but mostly day-dreaming about the ride that we would have. Most of them end with her falling into my arms saying that she loved me. Hey, a guy can dream. I stared deep into the painted wall of the garage. A light red-brown- reminded me of her. I looked into the clouds, I saw a wolf, a duck, and her. I shook my head, all that ran though my mind was, her. Alice. Ally.

A twig crunched behind me, I whirled around. My eyes widen, my jaw dropped for a second time. There was her, looking more glorious then ever. Bronze hair swirled into the breeze, mixing with the wind. Her pale skin looked blue against the Alaskan ice. Her eyelashes were impossible long, brushing against her cheek. Her scarlet lips stood out, emphasizing her high cheekbones. Alice (Ally I corrected.) wore a tight leather jacket, exaggerating her curves. Similar to the skirt she wore that fateful day we met, was leather. In the corner, so small you'd have to squint, was a black poodle. Ally stood straight and tall, daring me to say something.

"You look very pretty," I stated, not thinking before I spoke. She exploded,

"Ugg, could one person comment on my brain! All the time its, ‘Wow, your gorgeous.' Or ‘ My god, come out with me, hot thing' Duh, I'm pretty! I'm half freaking vampire!"

I backed away, stunned by this little outburst.

"Sorry," I stammered out.

Ally's expression softened, "My fault, I was just really annoyed."

"So, umm, where's your bike?"

"Why did I tell you to meet me by the garage?"

"Oh, yea. Of coarse."

"So, how long were you out here?"

I thought about lying. That thought didn't stay for long, "All night long, actually."

To my surprise she laughed, "I was right, you are a crazy stalker."

"No, I imprinted."

"Like a bird!" Ally giggled.

"I'm in love!"

"Don't you dare start that again!" She pouted, then changed the subject. "Is that your bike?"

"Umm, yea..."

"Oh you are so borrowing one!"

"It's not that bad!" But by then she had swung the doors to the garage open. I gasped. Every sort of vehicle was in there, from Ferrari's to a small yacht.

"Wow-"

"Mom told me about you being a mechanic, I guess this place is heaven to you," Ally chuckled into her hand.

"Wow-"

"Come on, help me get the bikes." She began to push a large steel door open. "Well I'd like some help."

The door was heavy, but a vampire ad a werewolf had it open in a second. Ally stepped back, wiping her hands on her skirt.

"Pick your motorcycle."

A long line of eight bikes lay in the row. I gasped, they were huge, towering over me.

"Carlisle's" She pointed to a dull blue colored bike, it had a Caduceus curling up the side. In curly letters underneath, ‘Doctor Fang.' I smirked,

"Like it?" Ally asked.

"Yea, it's funny."

"You gave me the idea for that one."

"You made this?"

"No, I painted all of these, I was bored."

"Neat!"

"Emse," This bike was a pretty mix of purples and blues, a slender heart portrayed a ‘Mother Love'.

"It's sweet." It was sweet, it fit the motherly vampire perfectly.

"Rosaline and Emmet's," A pink and white bike absorbed my vision. It had a black angel on one side, and a devil on the other. ‘Devious Angel," it read. The other one, Emmet's, was thick and rusty, a large bear inhabited most of it, ‘Bear Hugger.'

"Alice and Jasper's," A double seated bike stood in front of me. The left side had an eye which peered into your very soul, ‘I See You'. The right side had optical illusions of black and white.

"Edward doesn't have a bike. He's not exactly that great of a rider." And if remembering some past joke, Ally laughed.

"That's Bella's," Bella's bike looked small compared to the other's. I grinned. It brought back so many great memories, when we were human. Once upon a time.

"It's the same one that you fixed, but I repainted it." Ally added. It was still black, on with a grey magnet on the surface, ‘Danger Magnet'.

"Fit's her perfectly," I inserted.

"It does fit her. Ah well, there's Jakes. My brother, I mean."

I chuckled, the motorcycle had been painted a creamy white, the engine a crimson-color. ‘Got Fang?' It asked in big, flat letters.

"And finally, mine." My eyes widen, a slender, green bike had the largest pink poodle I had every seen, the words on the side read-

"The Pick Poodler?" My voice heavy with skepticism

"I thought it was a good name for my bike!"

"But, The Pink Poodle?"

"Yea, yea. You can borrow my brother's bike. Let's go."
