Elsie von Mueller is a talanted young at heart witch who moves to Forks. She eventually meets the Cullens and has some fun times with them and some sad. here are some tid bits of the first chapter but you have to read to get the rest. The one thing I really hated being trapped in a 19 year olds body was that I had to constantly be enrolled in high school or college. In my previous lives I was a musicians muse, a lover of a very important man, a scholar, a musician myself and many more.

School went by in a blur and in a sunny blur at that. I never really liked the sun; it was always too bright even when it was an overcast day so I preferred the gloomy wet days. I think that I was going to really like Forks then, since there were like only two days when it was sunny all year long.
As I waited for Edward to show up I mingled from room to room, eventually making it to our library. My old piano that I haven’t touched sat in the middle taking up a nice portion of the room. Tucked into the small corner was my delicate old violin that I loved to play, along with my sheet music.
There was no need for the sheet music because after playing the same composures for years I have memorized every note and break. I just merely kept them because they were originals and they were keepsakes from the time. I picked up the violin and adjusted the cords, and then I shifted through the music until I found a piece I liked.
And so I began to play my favorite piece from Schubert, Piano Quintet in A. I loved that piece because the use of only the three main instruments, violin, cello and piano, which I knew how to play each instrument for this composure. I played along with the imaginary instruments in my head, then it came to the piano solo and for some odd reason I could hear the piano so much more than the others.
Why can I hear it more than the others? I thought still playing.
Well it helps when someone is actually playing the other instruments but I like your way of playing them.
I stopped playing and quickly turned to see Edward sitting on the piano bench tickling the ivory keys, “I have to say I have never heard music like that before, I mean seeing it in your mind then it playing along.”
“Since I have played each I can remember the notes playing along with the instruments, so I can imagine them in my mind.” I said putting down the violin on the top of the piano.
“What is that?” Edward asked as if I had a bug crawling up my side.
“What? Oh that.” I had forgotten that I had a treble clef tattooed up my right side.
“Yes that?” Edward asked once again still shocked.
“Its just a tattoo, the kids now-a-days are getting them.” I played, pulling the side of my shirt up farther to show him the entire thing, which took up my entire right side from hip bone up to my second or third rib.
“Why would you mark up your body?” Edward questioned looking closer to my side; I could swear that I heard him take in a whiff of my skin as he moved closer to me.
“Because I love music, and I wanted everything in my life to revolve around it. I can’t get enough music in my life so I wanted it on me.” I explained.
“Any ways today is your day to explain, remember?” I said readjusting my shirt and crossing my arms over my chest.
“Carlisle was the first, his story is long so I’ll give you the spark notes. Carlisle’s dad was a preacher way back in the day and he would have vampire searches. Carlisle actually came across a coven hiding underneath the streets in London and one came out and bit him.” Edward began to explain, talking slow enough for me to take in.
“He stayed in London for a while and got an education then went to France and started learning medicine, which came in handy when he met me, actually he met just about all of us when we were near death, so it really came in handy.” He continued on.
“But if he is a vampire how can he handle the blood?” I asked confused.
“Well, he can sort of block it out, since he has been around it so long plus we can stop breathing but still function, now please don’t butt in you have more to learn.” Edward scowled at me, “Carlisle was a doctor in Chicago when he met me, I was dying from the Spanish Influenza and he changed me in pity.”
“Wow, you are a youngling then.” I laughed at, “You are just a child compared to me,”
“May I continue?” Edward asked politely not taking amusement at my comment.
“After changing me, Esme came along. She hated her life and after her only joy, her baby son, died she didn’t want to live anymore, so she threw herself off a cliff and came into Carlisle’s company. Then we found Rosalie, and she found Emmett on a hunting trip.” Edward said so casually.
I flinched when he said ‘hunting trip’, just imagining the poor people running in fear clutching crosses and bibles saying their last rights.
Stop it! Edward yelled in my mind, I forgot about his talent and quickly thought of nothing.
“We don’t kill people, we get our strength from animals, we are vegetarians in a way.” He tried to explain.
“Sorry, you never told me that so I just assumed it.” I tried to explain my thoughts.
“Where was I, oh then came along Alice and Jasper. Alice can see the future in premonitions and Jasper can manipulate the feelings of people and animals around him, and you already know my talent.” Edward finished.
“Can I ask a semi personal question?” I asked a little shyly.
“Sure, if not I guess you would figure it out anyway.” Edward said as matter fact.
“Why does Jasper try to avoid people more than the rest of you?” I asked almost ashamed.
“It has taken him more tolerance than the rest of us, his diet was strictly human before he met us, and it has made him more cautious around humans.” Edward clarified for me.
“He shouldn’t feel any different around me, he won’t hurt me.” I tried to reassure him.
“You’re just saying that to be nice, you don’t know his strength.” Edward said trying not to hurt my feelings I could tell.
“Did you forget again that I’m a witch an immortal, nothing can really hurt me.” I told him putting my hands on my hip and striking a pose of a superhero.
“I don’t want you to get hurt.” Edward tried to tell me differently.
“Want to bet?” I asked with a wicked smile creeping at my lips.
Before he could blink I grabbed Edward by his wrist and drug him out to my car and threw him in the seat. Then I took off towards his house, “What are you trying to do, get yourself killed?” he asked nervously.
“I’ll show you that I can’t be hurt, I’ll race chicken with Emmett!” I said out loud my smile complete across my mouth and I gripped the wheel tighter and floored it towards his house.
As we pulled up the rest of the family was on the porch waiting for us, “Remember I told you about Alice, she must have saw this so she got the family.” Edward whispered looking out the window.
“Trust me will you?” I asked getting out of the car.
Emmett walked up towards me, peered down at me, “Are you sure you want to do this?”
“Hell yes,” I said grabbing Emmett’s arm now and drug him to the back of their house, just incase anyone walked up to the house.
“Take your positions.” Carlisle called from the back porch; Esme was at his side burying her face into her hand.
Emmett walked a good half a mile away but I could still see him, he turned and crouched down into a sticking pose, and had a sinful smile played on his lips.
I walked back also and stood there looking at my fingernails, twisting my hand to look at the backside.
“You ready?” Carlisle asked from the porch. Emmett nodded, I just smiled at Carlisle and went back to admiring my nails.
There was a slight shaking of the Earth under my feet and a blur came running at me like a train, so I simply held up my left hand and Emmett crashed into it and flew back about fifty feet.
“Wow!” Alice yelled from the porch and came running to me, and Esme gasped as if she was going to faint, Rosalie had no response on her face, and Jasper nodded at me with a small smile tugging on his lips.
“That was amazing.” Carlisle said walking up towards me, pushing aside Alice and surveying the non present damages, shocked that I wasn’t hurt.
Emmett on the other hand stood up a little wobbly and brushed off the leaves that collected on his clothing, “Damn.”
