Chasing You

Summary:
This might be the sequel to Alone Again, depending on how it turns out... Maybe not. It doesn't have much in common with Alone Again, but it sort of just...fits. I don't know--you can tell me--when you REVIEW!!! Which you are going to do, right?? So yes Edward leaves again, and Bella finds herself alone. She tracks down another vampire and demands him to changer her. Now, as a vampire, Bella can chase Edward forever... FINALLY! THE LONG AWAITED LAST CHAPTER!! Sorry that this only took forever and a day, I just was busy, then I was updating my other stories, and then I almost forgot about this one. But never fear, it's up, and I'm also going to post an "outtake". It's just a cute clip of Edward being jealous. :D Enjoy!

Notes:
Okay, so i'm taking a shower, and the song comes on the radio (yes, i blast the radio in the bathroom so that it covers my terrible one man band in the shower) Thanks for the Memories by Fall out boy, and i was intrigued by the lyrics and it sort of started this thought. What if Edward left, again?? How would Bella react?? So yeah, that's where this story came from...<33 Oh yes, and Btw, REVIEW!!!!!!

2. Alaska

Life sucked.

How do you go from being the happiest person on the earth set on getting their one wish come true, to the lowest scum, numb to the world, can’t even carry on a decent conversation with her own father? Well, I’ll tell you how.

Edward Cullen.

The edges of the whole in my chest seared at the thought of him, and I quickly beat back the memory of him before it threatened to kill me again. Even Jacob, my one resort of happiness, could do nothing to bring me out of my shell, I was dead to the world.

Charlie. Charlie was not happy about my shell. He wanted a real daughter. One who spoke normally and made conversation. “Bella, you better snap out of this depression, or I’m taking you to a mental institute. I am tired of you hiding from the world.” He had said.

I was going to Alaska.

I had learned a lot about the five vampires who lived in the Denali clan. First, that they had eating patterns like the Cullens. Second, that if anyone knew where the Cullens had gone, it was them. And third, that they could make me like them.

All of these contributed to my decision. If they could turn me, then I could find him. He could run away forever, but I would always be right behind him, chasing him. Maybe, if he could see me as a vampire, beautiful and graceful, then he would take me back. Even if he didn’t, I had all of eternity to chase him.

After I had made the decision, I had rummaged around in the Cullen’s house until I found what I was looking for. A scrap of white paper, scrawled over with black squiggles.

Directions.

Now, after jumping a plane and renting a car, I was driving around in the rain, looking for 3858 Kenora Ct. I had been driving around for about half an hour now, and still hadn’t found anything. I became slightly panicked, I’m not very good at following directions, and I probably took the wrong exit and am halfway back to Forks by now. Shoot, shoot, shoot! Ughh…I wasn’t going to last much longer. I had beat away the despair of memories long enough, soon they would bombard me and threaten to destroy what was left of me.

A green sign loomed out of the fog, flashing white letters painted across it’s surface. Kenora Ct.

Yes, this was it! Speeding down the small lane, I scanned the houses, looking for the numbers. Finally, I came across a small white house with the numbers 3858 painted across the mailbox. Perfect.

Kate, Irina, Eleazer, Tanya, and Carmen. Those were the names scrawled across the sheet. I didn’t know much about any of them--just that they could help. I knocked on the brown door and waited.

A mans face poked around the corner--a handsome, vampire face. He had wide-set topaz colored eyes and high, defined cheekbones. He looked friendly enough, but he had a inquisitive look on his face. I took a deep breath.

“Hi--I’m Bella Swan. You may or may not have heard of me from the” -swallow-”Cullens. I was with” -swallow-”Edward for a time.” I said, and recognition flashed across the man’s face. He opened the door wide, revealing a decorative living room, and introduced himself.

“Hello, Bella! I’m Eleazer, we have heard so much about you. “We” meaning Kate, Irina, Tanya, Carmen and I.” He said, extending his hand to shake. I took it, stepping inside and out of the rain. Behind him, a crowd had formed, consisting of four beautiful women. Eleazer introduced me.

“Bella, this is Kate, Irina, Carmen, and Tanya,” He said, motioning to the ladies, who were obviously vampires themselves, “ladies, this is Bella Swan, Edward’s friend.” I shook hands with each of the women.

This was the hard part. I cleared my throat, and began. “Uh, I assume you would like to know why I’m here?” I asked, and Eleazer nodded. I continued, “Well, as you might know…The” -wince- “Cullens left about a year ago…and, I was wondering if you could help me find them.”

Eleazer smiled and motioned for me to follow him into the living room. Then he spoke. “Why, we would be happy to help you! The Cullens stayed with us briefly after they left until they had found a house. They told us where they were going, and I believe they even left us directions!”

Yes! That’s perfect. Except, now I need to ask if…Oh shoot. This is the hard part.

“Uh…there was one more thing I needed to ask.” I said, and Eleazer nodded. “Could you…uh…bite me?”

(Edward’s POV)

Life sucked.

How do you go from being the happiest man alive with the girl of your dreams, to the lowest scum on the planet, can’t even carry on a decent conversation with your own family? Well, I’ll tell you how.

Isabella Swan.

I left her…again. After all I’d promised, after all I’d said! I just…just…couldn’t do what I had been doing to her. Taking away her life, taking away her humanity…She needed real life. So I gave it to her.

But now I wish I had just bitten her and gotten it over with. Now she would be here in my arms, here, graceful, beautiful…I sighed. It was not going to do me any good to let my imagination roam. It wasn’t worth it…still.

(Bella’s POV)

Eleazer looked at me questionably before nodding slowly. “I could…do that. If that’s what you want…But you do know that, by biting you, I take away eating, sleeping, sunlight, need to breath, family…your humanity. But I’ll do that if you are okay with it…” He said, and I nodded quickly.

“Yes please--I don’t care what I am giving up, just do it.” I said, and he walked slowly.

“Right now?” He asked.

“Yes.”

“Your sure?”

“Yes.

He placed to cold hands on my shoulders and leaned in towards me, pausing at my neck. He opened his mouth wide and sunk his teeth into my flesh.

And there was fire.
