Rosalie's P.O.V.

As I weaved my way through the lunch line, I pulled out a mirror that I always kept with me. And when I say always, I mean always. I gazed at my reflection in the mirror, and I couldn't quite hide the smugness that radiated from me. I was beautiful, even with pink hair. Not many people could pull that off. I snapped my mirror shut and stuffed it into my pocket. Newton was the seventh person in line. I walked up to a guy who was standing behind Newton and said in my most seductive voice, "Hi. Well aren't you handsome?"

His jaw went slack and he just stared at me. I moved a little closer to him. "Do you think that I could just squeeze in front of you?"

"Um....er... yeah, I mean sure," he stuttered as he stared at me. As I moved to get in front of him, his arm brushed mine. It was warm... so irresistably warm. I shuddered.

I quickly moved in front of him and put my mouth right beside Newton's ear. "Hey Mike. I was wondering, if you wanted to come and have lunch with me..." I bit my lip to make it look like I was nervous.

He turned around quickly, and just looked at me. Are all humans like this?

I pretended to be disappointed. "Oh, well if you don't want to you don't have to..."

That broke his little trance. "No, no it's okay." He said quickly.

I couldn't quite hide my smile. "Well, can we go somewhere, you know, more... private?"

His eyes traveled up and down my body. "Wherever you want." He said breathlessly.

I laughed softly as I casually pointed to an empty table. "Table for two?"

He coughed once, embarrassed. "Uh, yeah sure."

I smiled and walked over to a table that was deserted, but not for long. I sat there and planned out what I was going to say to Newton. Hmmm...

I saw him before I smelled him... too many people mashed in here to smell that well, I guess. "Hey," he said, trying to sound all manly.

"Hey Mike."

He scrutinized me for a moment, then said, "Umm, not to be mean or anything but, um... why is your hair pink?"

I tried my best to smile but it must not have resembled one too much because he flinched. "Well, I think that pink is a pretty color and it brings out my eyes. Don't you think?" I asked as I batted my eyelashes at him. I heard Jasper wolf-whistle and had to resist the urge to growl.

"Yeah, yeah. You look sexy with any color hair." Very true, Newton, very true.

Jasper, Emmett, Alice, Edward and Bella started clapping at that. What do they think this is? Entertainment? Probably. I looked at them and smirked.

Watch this, I thought smugly. "Hey Mike? Remember when you asked me if we wanted to go somewhere more... private?" I looked down to fake embarrassment. When he didn't respond I looked up through my lashes to see that Newton was grinning like an idiot.

"Yeah, course I remember," he said quickly.

I stood up and took his arm, "Let's go, then."

Newton started to protest about his untouched food, but then he must have realized that this was a once in a lifetime opportunity because he quickly shut up. I studied his features from the corner of my eye, and was shocked to realize that he really wasn't that ugly. He was actually kind of cute... and warm.... Newton wrapped his arm around my waist as we traveled down the halls, through some doors, until we found a portion of the building that no one went in. I know, because the last humans to set foot here had to be atleast two months ago. Noses come in handy sometimes, you know.

As soon as we stopped walking, Newton 'pushed' me against the wall. I let him, of course (if I hadn't he would've been a little freaked out). In fact, I ignored all of my super vampire senses and reflexes to match his slow reflexes and senses. He held my hands up above my head, while he checked me out. Looks like Newton likes girls with pink hair, huh? I had to suppress a smile. Then the warmth of his body hit me, and I had to suppress a groan of how good that felt. I guess I didn't do such a good job at hiding that groan because Newton moved his face so that his lips were practically on mine, and he breathed, "I know, I know. Don't worry, no one comes down here ever. We can be alone as long as you want, baby." My lips parted and his breath entered my mouth. Is this how Edward feels with Bella? The warmth? Geez, this is undescribable.

He kissed me slowly and sweetly, at first. When his lips touched mine, it was like I was starting to defrost. His hands dropped from mine and traveled down my sides and around my waist. I knotted my hands in his hair (with human strength, of course) and kissed him back. He wasn't a half bad kisser either. Let's take it up a notch, I thought seductively. His tongue licked my lips and I gasped. So warm! I quickly opened my mouth and he stuck his tongue in there and did his thing. I gently bit down and he moaned. My hands traveled up his shirt and they slowly changed from cold to warm. I forgot that humans had to breath but luckily he broke his mouth away from mine and was panting for breath. Oops....

OMG! What the heck am I doing?! Edward will know right away because he'll read Newton's mind to see what we were doing! I was practically hyperventilating when Newton looked up at me and blinked. "What are we doing?" he asked me. I blinked too. We stepped away from eachother and I said, "You were giving me a tour of the building. Remember?" I asked as if he were stupid. I couldn't believe what had just happened. I had the power to make people forget things? How cool is tha! I tried it on him again. You don't remember why my hair is pink. I mentally slapped myself.

He looked at me and had to choke back a laugh. "Why on earth is your hair pink?!" he asked me.

"Pink is hot," I said as I walked back to the lunch room, leaving a very confused Mike Newton behind.
