To come bearing so much

A boy and a girl in a meadow.
The simple set up for a romance.
Yet it was the forbidden love
Between vampire and human.

This single scene,
Was one of impending demise,
That changed the lives of thousands.
How could she have known?
We lived alongside them
For days, weeks, months, years.
We read as- we became- Bella,
We experienced it all.
True love found,
lost,
and chosen.

With one last book,
it will be the end.
The epic comes to an end...
For now.
