There's a new girl in the town of Forks, she's smart, musical and down to earth. Sound like anyone we know? So what happens when she meets the Cullens? ES FINITO! Also some people haven't realized this, I changed the title of this from, 'A New Point of veiw' to it's current title 'Afterlife'. Sorry for the confusion! Also in this and all of my other stories the pictures do not belong to me I don't claim them in any way what so ever and I put who does own them in the chapter. Don't sue me please.colorful-12.gif image by Erka_03Someone left me a review with a banner! I was so happy but then my mouse got knocked and the review got deleted. So if you are that amazing person who made me a banner, can you please try and put it in another review? I would be eternally greatfull.

I own none of the characters in the fabulous Twilight Saga. The rest however are figments of my imagination. For anyone who knows me I picked the name for the main character because I couldn't think of a better one, and once I put it in there it just worked.

Chapter 11

We spent two hours listening to the Dragon Lady yell. I was so preoccupied with the coven we met earlier that I hadn’t noticed that she was in the lobby when I opened the door. I was cursing myself for all eternity by the time she was finished. Heck, I’ve done that before, and for a much better reason, but if you had to listen to an angry, middle aged woman, with a high pitched voice, yelling at you about ruining her date you would not be laughing.

Turns out, Maxi and Aaron had hung posters in Port Angles, she had seen them when she was on her little date thing tonight. Apparently she had come strait, back to the orphanage to wait for us.

Finally I couldn’t take it anymore. "Alright we get it ok? We ruined your date, get on with the punishment will you." I yelled to match her screams.

She looked at me stunned then with a wicked smile on, she said. "Your punishment will be…hmm… extra chores for the next six months, and kitchen duty for the same amount of time, go to bed. NOW!" Then we went to bed. Well what did you expect? A daring escape? Well smarty and where would you expect us to go? Switzerland? No. We didn’t want to get in any more trouble.

For the next week we did all of the chores. Whenever I was alone I used the speed I had for being a… you know what. I was lucky that this particular orphanage couldn’t afford cameras, yet. Kitchen duty however was the worst. The cook always had her eyes on us, so I couldn’t do anything Speedy Gonzalez. Not even the dishes! I hate doing the dishes. Everything’s all slimy, and gooey, with leftover food stinking up the place. Disgusting!

Though the cook did seem to like it when I sang, it’s actually kind of sad. I was singing Never too Late, by Three Days Grace quietly the third day of the punishment, and she asked me what the song was. When I told her she asked me to sing it louder.

Reading her thoughts, the song helped, kind of, because her husband had died the year before.

I winced inwardly at this. But this is not going to get to me. Let’s just say I feel her pain. I sang everyday I was in there from then on. I even told her about my parents, and brother. Leaving out the part that the events happened over a hundred years ago.

It seemed like we were actually becoming friends. She actually agreed with us when we said that the Dragon lady was way too strict. It’s amazing what people think about each other if you get them to spill. Turns out the janitor was the one the Dragon Lady had all of the dates with, and no one knows what happened to her husband. The cook, Misty told us all of this while we were in there; she’s actually a really nice lady. She was even waiting for permission from the government to adopt some of the younger kids out of the orphanage.

I had spent three weeks in the hell whole known as punishment when the impossible happened.
