Afterlife

Summary:
There's a new girl in the town of Forks, she's smart, musical and down to earth. Sound like anyone we know? So what happens when she meets the Cullens? ES FINITO! Also some people haven't realized this, I changed the title of this from, 'A New Point of veiw' to it's current title 'Afterlife'. Sorry for the confusion! Also in this and all of my other stories the pictures do not belong to me I don't claim them in any way what so ever and I put who does own them in the chapter. Notes:
I own none of the characters in the fabulous Twilight Saga. The rest however are figments of my imagination. For anyone who knows me I picked the name for the main character because I couldn't think of a better one, and once I put it in there it just worked.

Rosalie

Chapter 24

Their faces were priceless, all had the same kind of face on, shocked, and slightly unbelieving. You would have thought that Aro just came dancing in, in frilly pink tutu. Emmett got up and started dancing around like Alice, apparently just as happy he was getting a new sister.

"Are you sure?" Carlisle asked, looking between us.

"Yeah, I took Bella to our old house. It was the same house Kate grew up in and no one has lived in it since, 1923. And that was an old couple, with no kids." I said.

They all still looked confused. Kate laughed and muttered, "In too deep, and I’m trying to keep up above in my head instead of going under." That made the whole family crack up too. So much was going on that it was getting hard to stay normal.

Well our normal.

"This is wonderful, welcome to the family dear," Esme said hugging Kate, who hugged back awkwardly.

"Come on, lets move you into your room," Alice said dancing up to Kate grabbing her hand and dragging her upstairs. Rosalie got up too, and followed after them. The three boxes that Kate had followed them up as well.

"Do you remember anything about her Carlisle?" I asked. He was there when I was in the hospital and maybe a little before that.

"I remember something about a Mason dying about a month before you and your parents got sick. I didn’t connect it though." He said with a confused expression.

I nodded I hadn’t seen it either, I still couldn’t believe I didn’t remember my sister. I was pretty much stuck in my thoughts, until Emmett, picked me up.

"Hey what are you doing?" I asked him trying to get down.

"You, Jasper, and I haven’t had a video game tournament since last week. Don’t try to get out of it." Emmet said throwing me on a couch in the room we kept all of Emmett’s games.

"B-But…" I said trying to get out of it.

"No buts, Alice and Kate are going to pick up Bella later, you are free." Emmett said plugging in the play station three. For the next hour and a half we were playing Halo. How Emmett can get into such ridicules games, I have no idea.

Kate’s POV

"What exactly are we doing?" I asked sitting on the bed in the guest room I’d be staying in.

"Seeing what kind of clothes you have, and deciding whether or not to take you shopping. " Alice said dancing around the boxes. Did she ever stop?

I laughed loudly, thinking about their faces when they realized that most of what I owned were skinny jeans and t-shirts.

They opened the box together, going through them. I heard a few "this is cute"s and a couple of "I want this"s but not a whole lot. They moved on through all the boxes then. Alice stood up.

"We’re taking you shopping. You don’t have nearly enough clothes. Or enough styles." She said with a grin. Somehow I think even if she found twenty different styles, and ten times more clothes she would have insisted we go shopping.

"Uh, no." I said, " I don’t do shopping."

"I don’t care," she said throwing me my wallet.

"Oh, come on Alice!" I whined laying back on the bed.

"Nope." She said grabbing my hand and dragging me down stairs. "We’re going to get Bella too."

"We take my jag." I said glaring at her, trying to make a deal.

"Again, nope. We’re taking your truck," she said smiling. "Send those boxes to my room will you?" I gave up as she ran back into the house to tell Edward what we were doing so he wouldn’t freak out if he goes to Bella’s and she’s not there.

So I sent the boxes up to Alice’s room and the instruments up to mine. "Let’s go!" Alice yelled running out of the house and into the driver’s seat in the truck. Rosalie and I followed after her. Hoping to just get this over with. Rosalie liked shopping sure but sometimes it could be too much with Alice, she couldn’t very well get out of in though.
