Afterlife

Summary:
There's a new girl in the town of Forks, she's smart, musical and down to earth. Sound like anyone we know? So what happens when she meets the Cullens? ES FINITO! Also some people haven't realized this, I changed the title of this from, 'A New Point of veiw' to it's current title 'Afterlife'. Sorry for the confusion! Also in this and all of my other stories the pictures do not belong to me I don't claim them in any way what so ever and I put who does own them in the chapter. Don't sue me please.colorful-12.gif image by Erka_03Someone left me a review with a banner! I was so happy but then my mouse got knocked and the review got deleted. So if you are that amazing person who made me a banner, can you please try and put it in another review? I would be eternally greatfull.

Notes:
I own none of the characters in the fabulous Twilight Saga. The rest however are figments of my imagination. For anyone who knows me I picked the name for the main character because I couldn't think of a better one, and once I put it in there it just worked.

Chapter 26

Where are they? Bella had to have realized she was the only one in the car by now, and I couldn’t see anything because of Katers. Because Kate was too short and she wouldn’t let me call her Katherine, besides that was way to…preppy for Kate. So I’m calling her Katers until further notice. Rose and I were currently in one of the many designer stores that were on the first floor.

I had picked nearly ten outfits each for them to try on, and they still haven’t shown up. "We should probably go look for them," Rosalie said putting a dress back on the rack where she found it. "We can come back later when they’re with us."

I looked at all of the beautiful clothes that might be bought while we were gone. "But Rose…"

"Nearly all of the clothes that you were looking at are expensive enough that no one will buy them nothing’s going to happen while we are gone." She said dragging me out of the store.

I pouted as she pulled me a long back out into the parking lot. I didn’t want to leave, but I wanted to get them new clothes! It’s so frustrating! Which do I choose?

We walked to the car quickly, not wanting to spend any time looking for them.

"Ugh," I said when we got to the car, and sat on the hood. They weren’t there! Kate would’ve known where we were, she could read my mind five hundred miles away! I wasn’t even a mile away.

Suddenly Rose started laughing holding a piece of paper. "What?" I asked still glum.

"Read this," she said handing me the paper. It was a note from Kate and Bella. Well just Kate. It was in bright green highlighter, and I don’t think Bella carried around highlighters.

Ha, ha we got ya! Did you really think that we would go shopping willingly? With you, Alice? No offence but it’s a bit rough, even for vampires. No offence once again. So we will be hiding in various stores, and if you catch us you can take us shopping ‘til we leave. If you noticed you can’t see visions. Uh, that’s me. And as soon as you get this note, I’ll stop reading minds. We’re playing hide and seek!

KATE!!!!

KPOV

KATE!!!!! Wow Alice was mad. Ah, well too late to back out now. Bella and I were sitting in Barnes and Noble going through the books. As I tried to figure out which of these I hadn’t read. Bella said, "Why are we here? This is the first place they’ll look."

"Exactly," I said picking up a book and reading the first fifty pages. Ick.

"Huh?"

"They would think that we’ll go to the last place they’d look." I said picking up another book, "So we went to the first."

"Everything is always in the last place you look."

"Fine then, the places they wouldn’t think we’d be."

"Uh, Kate?" she asked sounding nervous.

"What’s up?" I asked turning to her. Why would she be…. Shoot! Alice and Rose were walking past the window looking around. "Come on." I said grabbing her hand and pulling her into the back of the store behind a big book case. I pushed aside a book, and watched as they looked around looking in all the shops. They didn’t see us though and after another second they left. I stayed there for another minute then got up, motioning for Bella to follow me.

"Where are we going now?" She asked as we walked out of the book store.

"Anything you wanted in there?" I asked as I looked around the corner of the door looking for Rose, and Alice.

"Not really, you didn’t answer the question."

"Left apparently," as I saw them walking into the clothes store a little farther down the hallway. There were a lot of hiding places in clothes stores.

"Alright left," she said walking that way. I walked next to her as we headed to the weirdo Lego shop, chances of us being in there by choice zero.

"This is getting boring," I said. Bella was stacking a three foot tower with more Legos and I was sitting on the couch of Legos that I’d stacked together.

"Yeah," she agreed lying back on the mats.

"Movies?"

"Nah."

"You hungry?"

"Kind of."

"Right." I said getting up. So I could reach the map in my back pocket. "Which floor? Do you want to go to?"

"Whichever. Nothing Fancy!" She said. That’s right, she had problems which excepting favors, and money, and presents.

"You pick then." I said throwing her the map.

"How about the Panda Express?" She asked hopefully. Probably thinking I was like Edward, and would have her, go to some fancy place.

"Kay," I said getting up, and walking out of the store, almost immediately I saw Alice and Rose walking our way. I turned around and ran straight into Bella. "Shoot," I muttered, grabbing her hand and helping her off the floor. "Come on," I said running human speed the other direction.

Bella ran after me, a bit more slowly. Being clumsy can really suck I thought as she ran into a rather tall woman with braids in her hair.

I caught hold of her hand again and dragged her to the elevator. We got to the elevator just as it opened. We pushed through the crowd and got to the middle of the elevator, watching as more people climbed into the elevator, and the door closed as Rose and

Alice ran up.

I laughed waving at them through the metal door. "Hey is the third floor hit?" I asked the elevator at large. Bella blushed as everyone in the elevator looked at us.

"Yes," said a little old lady who was closest to the buttons.

"Thanks," I said. By the time we got to the third floor most of the people were out of the elevator. As we walked to the food court I had a nagging feeling I was forgetting something. Bella ordered and I paid much to her displeasure. It was kind of funny watching her pout as I handed over the twenty.

We sat down and I remembered what I forgot. "Oh, crap…" I said, as Rose put her hands on my shoulders and Alice held Bella down.

"Got you!" They shouted.
