You and Me

Summary:
Bella, Edward, and the rest of the crew are fifteen. When the Cullens move to Forks, everyone falls in the normal teenage routine. Except Edward. He can't seem to fit in any where. Until he meets a group of people who except him. Including Bella Swan, a quite, beautiful girl that he seems to be falling in love with. AU ITS FINISHED! I changed the title name, from Same Faces Different Circumstances to You and Me. If you listen to the song You and Me by Lifehouse you'll understand why. 102k212.jpg Converse love image by holli1018The picture in this story and the rest of my stories, are NOT mine! The people who they belong to are in the chapter notes!

Notes:
This idea just kind of poped into my head. The whole story will be in Ed's POV I think I might make one in Bella's or Cat's. I hope you like it!

Somebody kill me, I thought as we sat backstage. Mr. Stefan, had apparently pulled some strings, and had gotten use of the auditorium for all of his classes that were performing. Our class being the last of the day had the most time to get ready for it. I don't know how they did it but Cat, Shane, and Bella were able to get us out of all of our classes, and get one of their friends from a stage craft class to come and help us make a light show for while we're on stage.

Currently there were people performing, so we couldn't mess with the lights, so we were sitting back stage watching as his third block class was dancing. They weren't bad, but almost always, in one performance, somebody would slip up, which brings us to the reason, I want to be anywhere else right now, I was extremely nervous about getting up on that stage in front of the whole class, I mean what if I was the one to screw up when it was our turn! Gah!

Cat and Shane were practicing off to the side, and Bella was trying to sleep. Apparently her Uncle had come into town, and had gotten drunk, and stayed up all night, being extremely loud. Apparently this happens every month and Charlie couldn't stop him. "Even if Charlie's a cop, he doesn't get drunk until he gets to our house," was Bella's exact words.

Finally it was last block and it would soon be our turn to perform. "Alright class, this is the last class, and so far no one has been perfect. Let's see if you guys can beat them. Here's the order of performances." Mr. Stefan said putting a list on the stage. Cat and Lauren automatically got up racing for the list. But Cat unlike Lauren was completely opposed to high heels, and was currently in converse, but Lauren was closer to the stage. It was funny actually; she tried to block Cat from getting past her by sticking out her arms, so Cat jumped over her. I'm completely serious, leap-frog style right over her head. The whole class busted up laughing, including the teacher, and Cat got there first.

She read the list over quickly and walked back to her seat next to Bella. "We're last," she whispered, trying not to let Lauren hear. She was a notoriously slow reader and had yet to get to the bottom. But a minute later she'd gotten there, because there was a loud shriek. Lauren stormed over to Mr. Stefan, and started shouting about the unfairness of the situation. I couldn't really hear her though; we were all laughing too hard.

The class went by much like the others, no one was horrible, no one was great. Eventually it was Lauren, Alexis, and the rest of their groups' turn. Surprisingly they were alright, they didn't make any mistakes, but Lauren's screechy voice made the song sound worse, and it wasn't a good song to being with.

"What song is this?" Shane hissed apparently horrified.

"Hot, by Avril Lavingne," Bella and Cat said at the same time, wincing together.

"How many more people have to go before we're up?" I asked putting my face in my hands.

"We're next," Cat said having been the one to check the list.

"Oh joy," I said, with my face still in my hands.

Their performance ended, and the teacher called us up. We got on stage and the lights went out. A second later, they started flashing on and off, and we started dancing. The fast pace waltz was perfect for this song. The base pounded through my head, as I danced with Bella.

Doc, I'm dying, I'm feeling compromised (feeling compromised)
and so dehumanized (and so dehumanized)
I lost my final fight to disease, I feel that this is where it ends
I need that shot to enter my vein
My Brompton Cocktail blend

'Cause I can't feel my face
I won't struggle on
In a world so cold
In a world so wrong

I'm not running away, been fighting this so long (so long)
Such a price that we pay, we gotta be so strong
in a lie...

I'm tired, induced euphoria (induced euphoria)
to help me move along (help me move along)
I wanna meet my maker in peace, i want to feel alive again
So put that smile back on my face and mix it strong my friend

'Cause I can't feel my face
I won't struggle on
In a world so cold
In a world so wrong

I'm not running away, been fighting this so long (so long)
Such a price that we pay, we gotta be so strong
And I take my life tonight 'cause I have the right to die how I wanna
and leave how I arrived, so alive

I believe my sins have been forgiven
and I believe my choice will save me from this life
please don't question why
my sins have been forgotten
I believe I'll find peace in afterlife
please don't question why
I left this way

'Cause I can't feel my face
I won't struggle on
In a world so cold
In a world so wrong

I'm not running away, been fighting this so long (so long)
Such a price that we pay, we gotta be so strong
And I take my life tonight 'cause I have the right to die how I wanna
and leave how I arrived, so alive

The song ended in dip, after all the little flips, and lifts we put in there just a simple dip. The whole thing went perfectly, and the whole class, other than Lauren, Alexis and their group stood up and clapped. Bella and Cat were laughing. Having been more worried they let on. Bella hugged, and thanked me. I just hugged back, grinning as well. We got off the stage just as the bell rang. "Well," Cat said, "I say this calls for a celebration, ice cream on me."
