Breaking Dawn; Revised Edition
Well for those of you who were not satisfied with Breaking Dawn and the perfection in Bella's life, this story is for you. We're taking a heavy duty (haha doodie...)vacuum and sucking out the sugar, leaving the main plot, but adding a little dash of pain and maybe a few more deaths. Hope you enjoy! PS- This fan fiction belongs completely to Stephanie Meyer...All the characters, writing, etc. etc.
M'kay, a friend and I read Breaking Dawn, and let's just say, we weren't very happy with the outcome, so we've decided to try and re-write the story with a little more drama. I also really hope I don't have to change the title because I can't think of anything creative enough. XD We're sorry if we're slow because for one, there's two of us here trying to collaborate, and we're also a little (okay, maybe a lot) behind on summer reading for this up coming school year. We'll keep it going as fast a possible though! Thanks!

'Whites, colors, darks, colors, colors, darks...' I thought to myself, tossing the dirty laundry into piles on the floor of the laundry room. I was on the verge of speaking the words as I sorted the few clothes I had to wash. I guess you could say I was "on the edge," and it took all I had not to let my mind wander back into the darkness where worry was plaguing each crevasse. I wasn’t completely worried, of course. I was about to spend the rest of my life with the man-- being more rather-- of my dreams. But no matter how much I tried to encompass myself with wedding plans and joy, my mind would just slip back to my best friend, somewhere in the woods, hiding from the world, probably in agony from my decision.
Edward could see it in my face. His eyes would harden as my the smile slipped from my face. I tried so hard not to cause him pain. I knew it made him angry that I cared so much.
Now that I was alone in my own house, I was free to think as I wanted, but what if I didn’t want to think about it? I haphazardly poured the detergent into the machine, accidentally dropping the lid in. I left it there. Nothing was going to happen to it anyways.
"Where is the Downy ball?" I ask out loud, my eyes glancing about in search for that little blue ball. I got down on my knees to look around on the floor and found it, covered in a sticky layer of lint. I filled it up anyways, and dropped it in before slamming the lid shut.
Something pulled my wrist down with it, hurting as the bone hit the metal surface. With an exasperated sigh, I lifted the lid to see what had gotten caught.
I unhooked my charm bracelet from the lid, surveying the damage done. Some thing very important was missing. There was a pang in my heart as I looked down at the copper wolf that had been torn from my bracelet and was now sliding along a white shirt as the washing machine filled with water. I quickly grabbed for the wolf, catching it in my left hand.
I pulled it to myself, clasping my hands together, ignoring the sting of something sharp being pushed into my right hand. I knew very well what it was, and that it had been the object that had torn my best friend from me.
The loud rush of water flowing into the machine was hardly enough to keep my mind from thinking as I pulled my hand out to the light. A glint of gold and topaz circling my finger. Caressing the skin like a feather, yet coiling around like a snake.
My breaths came in dramatic gasps, like the ones that that arose just before tears and my voice shook as I spoke aloud once more.
"Oh, God, what have I done?"
