Breaking the Dawn of the Mind

Summary:
“Now you know,” I said lightly, and shrugged. “No one’s ever loved anyone as much as I love you.”
“You’re almost right.” He smiled, his eyes still a little wider than usual. “I know of just one exception.”
“Liar.”

Notes:
Okay. So I like this one. It’s written in the point of view of Bella professing her love to Edward after she shows him how deep in runs inside her.

The whole dog aspect of the poem relates firstly to Mike Newton. Haha. But also to the aspect of imprinting… The werewolf idea of loving with every inch of your being. I didn’t know how to put that in, but I tried my hardest (: I hope you liked it.

I can show you my love
- Pure as a dove.
I can love you tonight
- With all of my might.
I can promise you kisses
- Fulfil all your wishes.
I can follow you ‘round
- Like a dog from the pound.
I can recite from a book
- The love that it took
To show you tonight
That you-and-me, we’re just right.
Forever and ever,
Leave you? – I’ll never.
