I actually wrote this in June on another fan site, but they ended up shutting down, and I wanted to continue it. This is my idea of how Bella should be turned into a vampire. She and Edward are engaged, but then another problem shows up in teh form of a stalker.

I felt numb. Shock radiated through me, I let the white plastic fall through my fingers, I looked up into the mirror as it clattered to the floor. I gripped the edge of the sink, breathing deeply through my mouth. How? Was all I could think. I had never even thought of something like this occuring.
Charlie was going to kill me. Renee as well. There was no way out of this, at least none that I could see. I moved silently back into my room and curled up into bed. I had been feeling poorly for a few weeks now. I had put it off as pre-college jitters, but no one had really believed me. Charlie had offered to take me to the docter about three times, the last threatening to call Renee if it persisteted. The idea of the actual cause hadn't even occured to me until I had begun throwing up every morning. I doubt that even Alice had seen this coming. I'm pretty sure that she would have mentioned something this big, if she had. What would they say? I doubt that this had happened to any of them before. I layed there, curled up in a ball, while tears of confusion burned down my cheeks. Eventually I fell asleep.
I awoke the next morning and waddled to my bathroom. After taking a shower and blowdrying my hair, all with an unusual gracefullness, I finally looked up into the mirror, and a scream hurtled out of my throat. My skin was white, as white as the Cullens, although my eyes were a brilliant Jade green, and my hair had grown into rich chocolate curly layers. How in the world was I going to hide this from Charley? Or Jake? Thinking as quickly as I could, I grabbed my foundation and began smearing it onto my face. I threw on a long sleave shirt and jeans, and then added foundation to anywhere else that showed.
After I was presentable to society, without looking as if anything was wrong, I slid into my truck and drove to the Cullen's house. Alice yanked open the door, and gave me a tight squeeze, before I could knock on the door.
"Bella!" she squealed. "What's up? Where have you been? We haven't seen you in ages!" I smiled back at her, trying to share in her enthusiasm.
"Yeah, sorry about that. I've been a little under the weather." I said. She peered at me with a strange expression on her face. "But I did want to talk to you about something. Can we go to your room?" she nodded brightly and led the way upstairs. She stopped infront of a pair of French doors and pulled them open. Her room was bright yellow, with a huge bay window on the southern wall.
"Wow. This is really pretty." I said glancing around. She grinned up at me.
"Thanks." she paused, as she made eye contact with me. "Bella, did you get contacts?"
"What?" I quickly looked at my feet. "No. But it does have something to do with what I needed to talk to you about." She motioned towards a small orange couch.
"Okay, I'm listening. I promise!" she said grinning as we slid down to the couch.
"Um, okay, this is totaly hypothetical and I'm just wondering. But, is it possible for a vampire to get pregnant?" her eyes widened as she took in what I was saying.
"Bella, I don't think so. I've never heard of it. I'm sure that if it was possible Esme would have had a baby. I mean, she's always wanted one." I nodded, even more confused.
'So there's no way possible?" I persisted. She shook her head. "Alice, I think you're wrong." I whispered.
"What?" she hissed. "Bella, what are you saying?" I stood up. "Bella where are you going?"
"Bathroom, I'll be right back." I walked out and began wiping away the foundation on my face. After it had been cleared off, I walked back into Alice's room.
"No!" She choked. "Bella what happened? When did Edward turn you?" I shook my head.
"Alice, he didn't. I have no idea how this happened. I just started getting really sick. And then I took a test today." I looked at her, tears begining to well. "Alice, what if he's mad?"
"No. He won' be mad, well, not if you explain. At first he might think that I did it..wait! Did you just say..." I nodded and she jumped up grinning. "That's not possible! But apparently it is. THis is huge!" she shrieked. "I am so totally planning you a baby shower!!"
"Alice! Calm down!" I hollered. "You cannot tell anyone about this! No one! Not until I talk to Edward!" she grinned inspite of my outburst.
"Okay, how are we going to hide this until then?" she asked. "You're eyes can't be helped. But you're going to have to wear that foundation for a bit."
"Do you know how expensive that is going to be?" I squeaked.
"Dont worry about it. I'll help out. Don't even try to say no." she said. I grinned at her,
"So where is everyone anyways?" I asked, realizing that the house was silent except for ourselves.
"They all went hunting." she froze, and then she glared up at me. "Wait. What about you? The thirst?" I realized then that nothing like that had hit. I shook my head. "You don't have it? At all?" she asked shocked.
"No, I hadn't even noticed. Is that why my eyes aren't black or gold?"
"It's possible. Have you discovered any certain abilities yet?" I stared at her.
"You mean other than the baby?" I asked dryly.
She grinned and looked at me, "Good point."
"Have you seen anything?" she shook her head and glanced out the window.
"No, I havent' been able to see anything at all. It's rather weird, I've never heard or seen anything like this. I still have no idea why I haven't seen anything of this abnormaltiy."
We both sat in silence for a while, a very unusual situation for Alice. None of it made any sense. How could this have happened? We sat in silence pondering that precise question, when a lound crash sounded. Alice and I both jumped to our feet.
"Stay here." she hissed, stalking out of the room. After about ten seconds, a second crash ensued. A third and a fourth continued. Finally , I couldn't take it anymore, I krept out of Alice's room and went down the stairs as slowly as I could. I didn't even bother with worrying about noise. When I reached the landing, I saw Alice taking on a tall, gorgeous female with long ebony hair.
"Alice where is he?" she screamed throwing herself at Alice. To her fury, she didn't even touch Alice. She simply sidestepped the stranger's hurtling figure, and she crashed into a cherry colored table, demolishing it instantly. "You'll pay for that!" she shrieked.
"He doesnt' live here. I don't know who you're talking about." Alice hissed. "You need to leave. Now." Her eyes had turned a dangerous dark gold. Not the normal, happy, sun-shine gold that her iris normally sustained. The strange immortal had picked herself up again, and began growling at the back of her throat.
"If you don't tell me where to find him, I will kill you!!" she screamed. I gave an involuntary yelp as she went to launch herself at Alice again. But instead, they both looked at me. "Who is she?" she hissed. Without a moment to answer the ridiculous question, she turned from Alice and threw herself at me.
"No!" I shrieked, throwing my hands in front of me, with my eyes snapping shut. After a moment without pain, a moment of silence, I cracked an eyelid open and saw that she had been frozen. "Alice?" I asked. "What...."
"You're power." she whispered. We stared at the frozen figure, that was airborn, "try to move her" I stared at Alice.
"How?" I hissed. Alice shrugged. So, I made it up on my own. I figured that I had frozen her with my hands, so, I flung my wrist towards her. Surprisingly, it worked, she was sent throught the air and shattered the door. She finally stopped after crashing into my truck.
Alice and I crept forwards to the doorway and peered out. She was attempting to pick herself up off the ground. When she finally did, she was seething. "This won't be the end of me!!" she screamed. "I will find him!" and with that, she was gone. She flew with amazing speed, and then it was silent again.
"Alice, who was that?" I asked, staring at the dent in my truck, "and what did I just do?"
"Her name is Saria." Alice said, as we began picking up the fragments of the shattered desk. "She fell in love wtih Edward in the early ninteen hundreds. Unfortunately for her, he didn't feel quite the same way. We had to relocate several different times to lose her. Edward hated having to drag us into this, its just that if we had stayed, this would have occured, repeatedly." she gestured around the destroyed hallway and dining room. "This did happen occasionally.
"Why haven't you guys just killed her?" I asked, my voice shaking. "I know that it's a horrible idea, but it has to be better than her attacking you guys repeatedly." she shook her head.
"The thought occured to us. But she disappeared. I haven't seen her since the twenties." We finishd repairing the door as best we could. Which was pretty much picking up the shard pieces. Other than that there wasn't much that we could do. Occasionally one of us would glance up to check and make sure that she wasn't back.
"Edward isn't going to be home until tommorrow, why don't you just go on home. I'll be fine tonight, I need to try and get the rest of this cleaned up." I opened my mouth to begin arguing, but she waved her hands. "Seriously Bella, if you don't Charlie will get angry, and you're going to need all the good grace you can get out of him.
Seeing the truth in this, I nodded and headed home. I parked with the dented door facing away from the house, in hopes to deter Charlie from discovering it. I crawled into bed, without bothering to say anything to Charlie. My window was shut that evening, since Edward wasnt' coming. It took forever for me to fall asleep, I couldnt' find my lullaby cd, and I was forced to just lie their staring at my ceiling. It seemed like hours before I was finally able to fall asleep, and it seemed like minutes when I awoke.
I applied the foundation before I left the house, I called Alice, asking if Edward was there, to my extreme disappointment, he wasn't. But Alice's tone left me unsettled, Edward normally was back when he said he would be back. I drove down to la plush, but when I reached the boundrary, I realized that I couldn't cross. The treaty would be broken. Tears began to well in my eyes. Wait, how was I still showing emotion? One of the many mysteries. My transformation wasn't exactly normal for a vampire. But before I was able to drive away, from the line, a sharp rap sounded at my window. I jerked, and screamed, gazing up, I realized that it was only Jake.
I stumbled out the door only to be grabbed up in a tight hug. "Bella! I didn't know you were coming down here today!" He yelped, releasing me. "What's going on?" he asked, unfazed by my incredelous stare.
"You don't want to kill me?" I asked, confused...he gazed at me, questioningly.
"Bells, why on earth would I want to kill you?" he asked, obviously confused as I was.
"Well...I mean...don't I smell bad?"
"You mean, like Ed? Nah, I don't smell anything. You smell like peaches. You change shampoos?" he asked ruffling my hair. My mouth dropped and the tears spilled over. I buried my face into his chest, sobbing. His arms encircled me, without question.
"Bells, what's wrong?" he asked, rubbing his fist in circles over my back, soothing me as I continued to sob.
"Ed...ward...haven't......seen" I stopped, overcome with fear and longing. I felt his arms tighten around me. Protectively.
"He left you again?" he hissed. I shook my head.
"hunting....alice said...hasn't heard from any...." I had to force each of my words out. eventually, We had ended up back at Jake's house in la plush. We sat on his couch as I cried. Hours later, I awoke groggily, having found myself in Jake's arms.
"Hey, sleepy" he whispered. "Are you feeling better?" I nodded as he pulled me in closer. The heat that his tempture had created was quite comforting.
"Sorry Jake. I didn't mean to fall asleep. I just haven't been able to lately." He smiled knowingly.
"Don't worry about it, Bells". I smiled as I struggled to sit up. Jake helped steady me while I stretched my arms above my head.
"What time is it?"
"About nine" I jumped up.
"Seriously?" I yelled. "Charlie's going ot kill me!" But Jake just began chuckling. "what?" I asked.
"I called Charlie. Don't worry, he said taht you could stay as long as you like."
"Thanks, Jake, for everything. But I need to get home. I don't want to abuse that privlege." after glancing out the window, I turned back to him. "Where's my truck?" he groaned and threw a hand onto his face.
"Treaty line. Come on I'll drive you." I smiled and followed him to his car. We arrived at my truck in about five minutes. I hugged him goodbye and then began driving to my house. When I pulled in, Charlie's police cruiser was still there, and I walked in, hoping that he wouldnt' freak.
"Hey dad." I said, meandering into the family room.
"Hey bells. Have fun with Jake?"
"Yeah, I'm going to go on upstairs and email mom." he nodded and I made my way up to my room. Alice was there waiting for me.
"There you are!" she said. "You need to get a cell phone. Normally I work perfectly fine, but today nothing. Where were you?"
I took a deep breath. "I went to see Jake." I heard her sharp intake of breath. "yeah, he didn't even notice. No smell, nothing."
"Bella, this is weird. Really weird. So, currently you have no thirst, no eyes and no scent. Just powers and the look." I nodded. "Saria hasn't bugged you yet has she?" I shook my head. "I don't think she realizes the significance."
"Alice, where is everyone? Esme, Rose, Emmet, Edward?" my voice trailed off. "I thought you said they were hunting."
"They were, are!" she answered. "I'm so worried. They've never done this before. I'm worried sick about Jasper. There's no way that he wouldn't let me know what's going on. Edward hasn't contacted y..."
I cut her off. "No!" I yelled flinging my arms in frustration. A small crash ensued. several items had clattered off of my desk in the direction that my arm had flung. Alice and I both had stared at the mess. Thankfully Charlie had been to preocupied to have been paying attention. We took several minutes to just sit in silence. It seemed to be all that we'd been doing lately. "Alice, will you stay here tonight?" I whispered. "I don't want you to be alone in that house...and I'm starting to panic." she nodded.
"I wouldn't dream of leaving Bella" she whispered. "Not like this." Eventually I was able to fall asleep. But it took ages. Morning came far too soon. But the moment that it did, I dragged myself out of bed.
"Alice?" I whispered. I doubled over and then sprinted to the bathroom. A few moments later I reentered my room, to find Alice sitting in my desk chair.
"Bella!" I froze on sight, not daring to look her in the face.
"What is it Alice?"
"We've got to get to the house!" I nodded, and walked over to the window.
"After you?" I gestured, towards the open. She sent me a grim smile and jumped out.
"Am I catching you?"
"No. We need to see what I can do now a days." I took a deep breath and plunged out my window. Within seconds, I landed lightly on my feet. "Ready?" I asked. She nodded and began running. Within seconds I had caught up to her and we had reached her house. Before I could ask her what was going on, she had dashed into the house. "Alice!" I hissed, but I followed her immediately. Once I had entered the house, I had noticed that it was completely trashed. What had happened to our brilliant clean up yesterday.
"Alice?" I called out. I walked from room to room, and finally decided to head upstairs. "Hello?" I decided to walk into her room. Unfortuanatley, I walked into a private scene. Jasper and Alice were hugging each other as if it would kill them if they had to let go. "Guys!" I yelled, they jumped apart and stared at me. "I'm sorry to ruin the moment, but what is going on?"
"There's been a bit of a problem." Jasper began. Alice and I exchanged a glance. "A certain lovestruck.."
"Yes, we know about Saria." I answered. "She tried to kill Alice."
"What?" They said similtaneously.
"She's in love with Edward, and she tried to force it out of Alice. Now where is he? I have to talk with him now."
"Bella, that's not a safe idea, if she finds you she'll kill you."
"Jasper, Bella saved my life." Alice whispered. He looked at her quizically. "Show him."
"Alice, I don't know if I still can." I replied. But one look and I knew that she'd kill me if I didn't try. "Fine." I looked at Jasper. "Sorry about this" I muttered, before flinging him through the air. He sailed through the outer wall and disappeared into the thicket of trees that seemed several yards away. "Is it getting stronger?" I asked glancing at Alice.
"Probably, but Bella I'm pretty sure you didn't have to use Jasper as the test subjuct. You could have used the couch." I winced.
"Oh...sorry Alice." she shook her head noncommitably and we waited in silence for Jasper to reappear.
It took about a minute or two. "You've got to do that to Emmet the next time he gets mouthy!" Alice began gigglng, and I joined in. "Wait!" he yelled. "How are you able to do that?" I shot a look to Alice and we both shrugged similtaneously. "Seriously, did you change her or something while we were all gone?"
"Jasper, I'd be rolling in pain from that remember. You guys have only been gone for what a couple of days?" He shook his head, which confused me. "What are you talking about."
"Bella, we've been gone for three weeks."
