Sweet melody, come to me

In a blanket of darkness

I’m drowning in an endless sea

With silver patches within the sky

Humming an awkward lullaby

Sweet melody, sing to me

My voice is lost and weak

Within the night of silence

Your wise guidance I seek

Sweet melody, revive me

The moon is tugging on my soul

I clutch on to the empty space

And land on a mysterious hole

Sweet melody, help me rise

For I am falling

My body left crawling

To the dim light in the east

Sweet melody, reach for me

In this abyss of insanity

My mind left to wander

In the world of confusion

And universe of illusion
