Carlisle rolled his eyes, but obidiently walked over a picked Bella up.

"Daddy...I fell and gotsed a boo-boo." Bella said in her baby voice as Carlisle walked back with Bella cradled in his arms.

Carlisle smiled and became the father figure.

"You gotsed a boo-boo?" Carlisle asked, a fake worried look on his face.

"Yeah, right here." Bella nodded as she pointed to her elbow.

Of course, there was nothing there, but Carlisle knew to play along.

"Oh no! Well, You want a band-aid?" He asked.

Bella nodded, her thumb in her mouth.

Carlisle came back in seconds with a band-aid he had from the old First Aid kit he bought when Edward began to bring Bella around the house more.

Bella looked at all the band-aids and her face lit up.

"MELMO!" Bella giggled as she pointed to the blue band-aid. It had an Elmo on it with a birthday hat.

"You like Elmo?" Carlisle said, unwrapping the band-aid.

Bella nodded. Carlisle leaned in to place the band-aid on her when Bella pulled away and hugged her arm to her chest.

"What's wrong honey" Carlisle asked.

"It no feel better yet." Bella said.

"Oh...I get it." Carlisle said and he picked Bella up.

"Edward, I am not doing that, that is strictly your department!" Carlisle said as he walked over to Edward, holding Bella.
