You're Still Here!

Summary:
Somebody comes to Forks that Edward thought should have died a long time ago. How will this new arrival affect the Cullens' and Bella's life? I know it says no spoilers, but there actually are a few. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the Twilight characters!

Notes:
I just thought of this one day and decided it would be cool to write.

Edward’s P.O.V.

Alice and Bella both shot me shocked looks. I wouldn’t blame them. I was pretty shocked myself to see Clara after all these years.

Alice was thinking so many things to me. ‘You had a sister?!?! Why didn’t you tell me you had a sister? I wouldn’t think this is exactly something that slips your mind for about 110 years.’

I didn’t have any time to explain to Alice or talk to Clara then, though, because it was time to go to class.

“Do you want to come over to our house after school?” I asked Clara.

“Sure! I’d love to. I’m so happy to see you again!” She hugged me tightly for a few seconds. Clara was always very loving and protective.

“Bring your friends, too,” Alice added.

“Yes, of course,” I insisted.

“Okay. I’ll meet you in the parking lot after school, then,” Clara said.

“Okay. See you then.”

After school ended, I headed out to the parking lot. I spotted Clara and her friends over by the cafeteria building, looking around. I also saw Alice over by my Volvo. I headed over towards Clara.

“Hey!” She yelled when she saw me. She then hugged me again. Many people around us were thinking things like ‘What’s with Cullen and the new girl?’ ’Did he and Bella break up?’ ’Is that his old girlfriend from Alaska or something?’ I could already imagine the kind of rumors that would be going around about Clara and I.

“Come on,” I said. “You can follow me car in my car.”

“Lead the way,” Clara said.

“I’ll be in the silver Volvo,” I told her.

“Okay. I’ll be the stalker car behind you.”

Clara used to always make little joking comments like that. She was always so fun to be around. I guess nothing has changed.

When we got to my house, Clara pulled up right behind us.

During the entire ride home I was being questioned by Alice. She kept asking things like ‘Why didn’t you ever mention her?’ and I would answer with things like ‘Because I didn’t remember that much about her, and it was just easier not to think about my family.’

“Sweet place!” The girl named Karen said when we got out.

“Very,” added Sandra.

“Thanks,” Alice said.

“You two live here?!?!” Clara asked me as we headed toward the front door.

“Alice, I, and the rest of our family.”

“You have more family?” Sandra asked.

“Yeah. There are five more,” I answered.

“Dang. Big family,” Karen commented.

When we entered the house, I called for Carlisle, Esme, Rosalie, Emmett, and Jasper to come downstairs to the living room.

“Take a seat,” I told Clara and her friends.

Carlisle was the first to arrive.

“Hello. Who are your friends?” he asked.

Esme had come in after him. Then Jasper, who went over to sit next to Alice. Then Emmett and Rosalie.

“This is Clara, Karen, and Sandra. They’re new in town,” I told them.

“Nice to meet you,” Carlisle said to them, shaking each of their hands.

“Yes. Welcome to Forks,” Esme welcomed.

“Thank you. You have a very nice home,” Clara told them.

“Thank you. So you all met at school, I suppose.” Esme said.

“Well, actually, I’ve known Clara since I was born.” All five of them shot me quizzical looks. “She is my sister.”
