I know, i'm so evil. I left everyone on a total cliffie at the end of the last story. But, i think i'm entitled considering that only two people reviewed. they reviewed more then once but still, two people! That really is pathetic! I need more reviews to fuel my creativity. If i don't on this story i will stop on a cliffie and not update any more.

I noticed two people standing behind her.

“Jo? Holly? What are you doing here?”

“We came to help. We’re with Stephenie”

“But how…why?” Edward was suddenly behind me.

“Who are these?”

“Stephenie Meyer, Jo and Holly”

“I heard you were in trouble. Thought my team could help. I run a team that keeps an eye on the paranormal to make sure they don’t become a threat. I’ve known about you for a long time. Can we come in?” Edward nodded. We trooped into the living room.

“I think that you two have some explaining to do,” said Edward, pointing at Jo and Holly.

“Okay” said Holly, reluctantly. She sat down.

“I know something about how you feel, starting at a school again and again. Stephenie is my legal guardian. I have to keep changing schools, so people don’t get suspicious. That was one reason for me to be there. Another reason was because I was watching the Cope brothers”
“What are you trying to say? Why do you have to keep starting schools? Are you a vampire or something?”

“It’s the or something. I’m a werewolf. I was born in 1884. In 1897, another werewolf bit me. I was found the next morning on the moors, covered in blood but unharmed. I forgot about it…until a month later. I transformed and killed my parents. I went wild and ran onto the moors. He found me the next day. He wanted me to be his mate but refused. I ran off and lived alone for ages. Eventually the organisation found me. I’m like an added extra, I come with it. They built a special basement with metal walls. Stephenie took charge a few years ago and then I met Jo at the school a year ago. She rang me after you called her. I asked to meet her in a coffee shop and Stephenie met her. She wanted to help”

“That’s very considerate, but a child can’t be involved in this,” Edward said

“I can take care of myself” Edward looked at Stephenie.

“She can actually. Remarkably well. We got into a fight earlier. Lost one of our best agents but Jo was fine. Jo is handy with a rapier, we had special ones made from a strong metal that is the same strength as vampire teeth, and can slice any vampire to bits. And with Holly looking out for her, she’ll be fine”

“Are you still in contact with the werewolf who bit you?” Edward asked. Jo glared at him and put her arm around Holly’s shoulders.

“No” Holly said coldly.

“Sorry…I just figured that, you might be able to contact him”

“Well, you figured wrong. I had a life, and a family before that idiot turned up. You think I want to talk to the guy who ruined my life?” she asked, angrily.

“Sorry. I wasn’t thinking about it”

“Hey, I have a question. You said that you assess things and see if they’re a threat. Aren’t all vampires a threat? Technically”

“You’re right. But we only turn up if they’re killing for no reason. Newborn armies, those kind of things” Stephenie said. Holly put one hand on her head.

“Sorry. Full moon soon. It hurts my head. I see things differently” she apologized.

“Oh. We nearly forgot. Cadyna? We know about your power and how strong it is. But I’m afraid it won’t be any use in this fight. We mentioned already that we lost one of our best agents. She was a vampire and an immensely powerful shield. Stronger then your power is” it was shocking. I didn’t like my power but I was so used to being the strongest.

“It’s a good thing you bought those spare sleeping bags. We’re going to need them. Garrett and Kate have managed to find some people. They’re here,” Edward said, interrupting my thoughts. Holly sat bolt upright like she’d been electrocuted. I smelt them too. They smelt like animals. A bit stronger then the shape shifters.

“I’m going for a walk,” she said. Bella looked like she was going to stop her but Edward muttered not to. She didn’t head to the front door, but to the kitchen. There was a large open window there, which appeared to be her target. Carmen opened the door.

“Come in” she said.

“Hello Holly” a mans voice said. She sighed and turned.

“Hello Rafe. Lucas, Gabriel.” she acknowledged. I assumed that this was the man who had made her a monster.
