Alice and/or Jasper in snake form

I am so tired. I thought as I helped Esme with dinner. I had to wait, for Edward to morph for the first time, and then I could go back down, thank goodness. We were done soon. With Carlisle cooking the rabbit. When we sat down on the front deck, Edward just looked at the food. "Not used to jungle food?" I asked laughing.

"Uh, no. What's this?" he asked picking up a piece of fruit. I looked at it a minute then decided it was a the weird fruit that grew on the west side of the island.

"That's fruit its good. Tastes like a mix between strawberries and oranges." He just stared at me. This guy is slow ain't he? Ah, well. "Look if you don't want it I'll eat it." He shrugged and handed over his fruit. I ate it without a problem and started on my rabbit.

It was later then I thought and soon it had gotten dark, and we started turning off the lights. I slept on teh couch in the lving room, well cause I can I gave Edward the extra bedroom. Trust me if you sleep on cave floors most often couches are like heaven, plus if you get too used to the beds there's no way you can go back to cave floors it just ain't happening.

For the first time in a LONG time I drept. Like the dreams always went it started with me running in the forest as a lion. But it changed when I heard something come up behind me. There was no way I'd stop running, the thing sounded a lot bigger then I was judging by the foot steps, and if I slowed down there was a better chance it, whatever it was would catch me. I tried to look behind me to see what the hell it was, but the lowers branches got caught in my fur and cut me. Making me turn around to stop it from happening again.

I got to the same cliff I always get to, but this time I was being chased, and there was no way out. Crapola. Now if I was one of those old mystical lions that had wings there'd be no problem at all. But fact was I wasn't. Not even in my dreams. So basically all I could do was turn around and see who was going to cause we my ultimate doom. The black figure in the trees got closer and closer. I was about to be able to see what kind of animal it was, when something brushed against my leg.

I jerked out of my dream state with a snarl grabbing whoever was leaning over me by the neck, and felt fur. It was too dark to see anything so I didn't have a choice but to let go of whoever was holding me and let them talk. So I did, and what do I get? A growl that sounds awfully like Edward.

I looked at him my eye twitching slightly then simply said, "Can you repeat that?"

The lion rolled its eyes, and growled again. This time I caught the underlining human voice. It was devinately Edward, and he was DEFINATELY freaking out. "What the hell is going on!" He sort of shouted, "Come on! This is creepin' me out I'm walking on all fours!"

"Alright chill," I said trying to calm him down, "you just morphed. Can I go back to sleep?"

He blinked at me for a second, "NO!!! You need to tell me how to change back!!!" He roared. Well I thought it was a reasonable question.

"For goodness sake." I muttered then louder, "All you have to do is think about wanting to be human again, and what you look like. But you might want to go into the other room." I said, yawning.

"Why would I need to do it in another room? What if I screw up and become deformed! Who's gonna help me then?" he said still ranting a little. Why was he so freaked? I thought it was cool the first time I morphed.

"Cause you don't morph with clothes the first time. It takes a couple of times before you get the hang of it." I said. His face turned red as a tomateo when he realized what I'd said.

"I-I oh, ah, ah oka-okay, um I-I'll jus' be go-going then," he stuttered out then left the room still muttering under his breath. Isighed relieaved then fell back asleep.
