A Respected Life

Bella, I wanted to see Bella. She was a soul mate for me. She is by one and only love. I rushed and followed Bella's sent in one of the many meeting rooms. I went to the door and swiftly opened it, eager to talk to her. She always made me feel so calm. But then, sadness and devastation swept over.

The sight I saw was heart shattering. It was Bella, and Edward. They were holding each other in a more then friendly manner. The were in a inappropriate position and the way their lips met only made it worse. They were sharing a moment of love and passion that I thought only Bella and I would share.

I gasped at the sight. They turned toward me and shock and guilt washed Bella's emotions over. She came to me with shame in her eyes. I knew at that moment, she would try to explain and apologize. I was too angry to even pause and think of what she would do if I attacked Edward. He was that evil, horrible person. Someone who broke Bella's heart and then took it back.

A growl escaped my lips and I lunged at the beast. He had shock in his eyes but before I could do anything, my body was being pressed against a wall. Bella was standing across the rooms with her eyes in focus. She was the one doing it. She was controlling me and making me stay put.

She looked at me and started to talk. "Please, stop. I need to tell you something." She said to me. I looked down and nodded my head. I wouldn't fight. Not for now at least.

"Explain then, Bella." I told her in an icy tone. She looked taken back for a moment then recovered and smoothed out her face.

"You don't really love me-" She started but I cut her off.

"What do you mean? I'm mad about you and then you go and cheat on me and break my heart!" I yelled at her. She looked about to cry and shook her head.

"No, you don't. You see, Aro, Caius and Marcus have a new member named Sarah. She has been kept a secret so no one will figure out what has been happening. She can make people love each other. It isn't true love. I'm sorry but soon, you will find your mate. I promise. She will be prettier then me. You deserve true love. Please, forgive me." Bella pleaded with me. I ran those thoughts through my head. I couldn't believe it but the look in her eyes told me it was the truth.

"Okay, I believe you. I'm sorry. You also deserve someone who truly loves you. You are a remarkable person, Bella." I turned towards Edward, "You are truly lucky to have her and I want you to keep her safe." I told him. He smiled at me and patted my back. Bella looked surprised and hugged me and kissed me lightly and friendly on the cheek.

"Wait, you're letting me go? Won't they be mad at you?" She asked me with fear in her voice. I looked at her and nodded.

"They will be but I can't handle you being locked up here, away from your true family and home. Please, I want you to be happy." She smiled and told me to keep in contact with her. I nodded and said my fair wells as I watched her leave.

Bella's POV

I can't believe he would let us go. That made me incredibly happy. I turned to Edward as he drove us towards Forks and out of Volterra.

"Are you sure they still want me? I'm not exactly that likable probably." I told him. He looked at me, slightly shocked.

"No love, they adore you. And you will be surprised for some others that have some hidden feelings for you." Edward said and we drove off in the sunset with the beautiful colors dancing in the sky.
