College Bites

I was on my way to the administrative building when a family of five caught my eye. They were all mysterious. They all looked the same; pale skin, tired eyes, beautiful faces, perfect bodies; I just couldn't help but stare. They also all had honey eyes like topaz. The only differences were very slight. Two girls and three boys were there. The first girl was pixie like with black, spiky hair and a catlike face. The boy beside her looked like was in excruciating pain and had blond curly hair. The next girl was beautiful and looked like a model. She had wavy blond hair and looked like she HAD to be perfect, checking the mirror every five seconds to fix her already perfect look. Then there was an extremely tall and muscular. He looked strong and intimidating but also if you got to know him like a big teddy bear. Then next to him was a boy that was smirking for some reason. He had aburnish hair and was slightly muscular. He was tall but looked the most attractive.
I got to the administrative building and saw a young girl about thirty five at a desk. She smiled warmly at me and asked my name, "Kaylee Smith," I said. She found my information quickly and stared at me in awe, "How can you be in college when you're only fourteen?"
"Well, I skipped a few grades when I was twelve so I just graduated." She looked totally surprised but handed me my maps and information, also a slip for me to get signed.

Edward's POV
The new girl, Kaylee was on everybody's mind, all the guys were hitting on her, I heard her thoughts just then and as she walked by she thought, "Those people are so gorgeous but the blond girl looks like she's in love with herself and has to check herself in the mirror every five seconds," I laughed and smirked at that because she was totally true and didn't even know her. All my family looked at me ands I shook my head as a dismissal. Then I heard the thoughts of the secretary at the administrative building, "She's only fourteen and already in college! How is that possible?" I was shocked and everyone was still staring at me.
"What's wrong Edward?" Alice said in her sweet soprano voice.
"Nothing is necessarily wrong, I'm just in shock." I told Alice and the other family.
They looked confused and very worried, "Why are you shocked then?" Rosalie's annoying voice rang.
"That new girl, Kaylee, is only fourteen." I exclaimed to my family. They looked utterly shocked and questioned more, "How is that possible?" They all stared straight ahead at the girl with the exception of Alice; she was deep in a vision. I saw it as well,
The new girl walked into the room and went to the teacher, Mrs. Walters, and gave her the sheet she was to sign, then I saw me and Alice stiff the air, and automatically our eyes turned pitch black as well as Jasper's and we had to grip our chairs. Then Mrs. Walters sent Kaylee to the seat right next to us, the only seat left.
That was when I realized that her blood was sweet, my family and I had learned not to breathe while in college because of all the blood around. Alice looked at me and asked, "Should we leave?" She asked aloud instead of in her thoughts because she wanted the family to hear. I shook my head, "We have to face our fears eventually, we will just place Jasper away and we'll have to not breathe. We don't want to lose control. But we don't have to leave. Remember our pledge that we wouldn't skip unless it was sunny?" I recalled the pledge we all gave to Carlisle that we wouldn't skip college unless the sun because we wanted to be able to face our fears eventually.
