Okay guys, here's me doing my bit for the world of literature, for better or for worse! Elise, a confused, love struck typical teen has plenty to deal with when her world has been turned upside down, inside out and round in circles. Will she be abel to pull through at the end? Or will it all fall helplessly through? If it does, how will she be left?

“Okay,” Elise thought to herself, “I can do this. Just be natural, and smile. Like that’s going to be easy...” She trailed off.
For once, she noticed, boys’ heads turned. They looked her up and down. Then up again. Their eyes followed her arse as she walked.
“Perfect, just what i need. Not. Please don’t pay attention to me today. Not today of all days!” Elise thought.
“Hey!” Lorenzo. His voice was like velvet... You couldn’t miss it. Elise melted on the spot. “Hey Elise! You’re looking... extra nice today. What’s the occasion?”
“Well, none I guess. To be honest I needed to speak to you. And I needed to build my confidence up to do so. Though now I just feel stupid.” She trailed off.
“You don’t look stupid if that’s any consolation.” Elise looked up, into Lorenzo’s deep, golden eyes... was he wearing coloured contacts? She was sure his eyes were darker last time she saw him.
“A bit, thanks.”
“So what did you want to talk to me about, that meant you had to dress up?” Elise blushed she hated that. She blushed so easily.
“Well... it’s kinda stupid now. Do you want to go out for pizza Friday?”
“I don’t really...”
“If you don’t like pizza we can go somewhere else. I’m not fussy! I don’t mind!”
“Elise, I’d love to, but we have this thing at home... Every meal time, our family... feed together.”
Elise laughed uneasily. “You make yourselves sound like animals.”
“Yes, well. See you around then Elise.” And with that, her perfect Lorenzo walked off, leaving her speechless behind him.
“That was uncharacteristic,” She thought to herself.

Elise had a class that day with Lorenzo, however he had excused himself before the lesson had started to go to the medical room. “Typical.” Though Elise to herself, “He’s avoiding me now. Just when I want him to do anything but.” So she sat throughout the lesson, with no-one to talk to, except her trusty nodding dog that sat proudly at the front of her desk. “I’m going mad,” She thought to herself several times, “I’m treating a piece of plastic as my company. But a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. And if it’s go absolutely, completely stark raving mad then so be it. I’ll even fall in love, if that’s what it takes.”

The next time Elise saw Lorenzo was standing to the lunch queue. Being shoved this was and that, pushed and pulled, hot and bothered. It was hardly the best time or place for an intimate chat. But that meant she would have to wait. But for how long? She decided it would be best to wait until the journey home. Lorenzo always drove her home, as she wasn’t old enough to drive yet. Even if she was, Elise doubted she’d be trusted on the roads, whilst there were still other living beings on the Earth. SO Elise spent the day wandering around, looking both awkward and confused, contemplating what was to come. And swinging her hips.
