Carlisle's POV

I had a theory. When I was human my parents had a little girl. This girl seemed a lot like my sister Celesta. I was turned before she turned ten and I knew her. I had met many of the family members before.

"Well, what's the theory Carlisle?" Rosalie asked. She was a little bored with the conversation because she wasn't for such a major discussion. She was doing her nails and looked angry.

"My theory is that she is my sister's great, great, great, great, great granddaughter. You see, my sister was born nine years before I was bit and I met with her daughter, then granddaughters and so on. They all weren't at all like my sister. But this girl is a lot like her. That's not necessarily my theory but this is defiantly it. Aro...bit her. Aro's bite mark is different. It looks slightly larger and it goes deeper into the skin and releases worse venom. The bite mark would be there even when they were turned. It was also a brighter white and glows in the night sky. The bite mark will also give the beholder a strength to fend off any vampire in their path. Aro, well, he has only bitten certain people like that because he wanted them. That's what he did to Jane and Alec because he knew what power they held. Cali may have a power he wants. And is why we are trying to keep these three humans we are meeting a secret. They all have a power that can be deadly if it is put together. They could take over the world and control the vampire world if they were turned so our job is to protect them from the Volturi." I told them. It is the longest theory I have ever had but I needed to tell them.

"So, you're saying Aro wants this girl? Do you happen to know when she was bit?" Jasper asked.

"That is exactly what I am saying. He told me there would be a girl in the future that will be bitten by him but his venom will be sucked out. It was in a prophecy he heard of and decided to make it come true. The good thing about Aro's bites are that whenever he bites them according to how bright the bite is, that is how old the bite is. If it is as bright as hers it means she has had it for eleven years. I've heard that she moved here when she was a little girl of the age of six so she was bit when her parents died. Aro told me he was going to wait for twelve years of her bite before he transformed her and the only way it will work is if she tells him he can bite her. She is scheduled to be bit in three months." I told them. They all looked shocked now. I smelt a smell all of a sudden. It was a vampire. And by the smell I could automatically tell it was Jane, Alec, Heidi and Aro. My family and I turned our heads to see them all walk to the podium and ask for Cali. So she did know them after all. We heard some conversation between the manager and Cali and then she came out. Aro greeted her with a kiss on each cheek and forehead like she was his daughter and Heidi treated her like a sister. Jane gave her a hug and Alec gave her a kiss on the cheek as well. That was the first I had ever seen any of the Volturi act like that, especially to a human. I heard the conversation.

"Jane, Alec, you can come with me in my car. Heidi wants to do some shopping and catching up with Cali so they can take her Corvette, okay?" Aro said. They all nodded and Cali smiled. Heidi whispered something that sounded like ‘are you ready for your prep?' and Cali nodded. They escaped through the door and we heard a sound like a soft purr of a Corvette engine. We then saw a midnight black Corvette the parking lot and head towards the shopping part of Port Angeles.
