I realized the moment I saw him I loved him. That I could never love anyone else, no matter what I may think. That at this very moment, I wanted his lips on mine, and I wanted him. Forever.

After at least an hour of getting ready, I received the approval of my clothes, and what to say.

My outfit consisted of: a jean skirt, a pink blouse with a half-jacket, and matching pink heals. My hair hung straight, with a slight curl to it. I had the same eye shadow as my blouse, with dark mascara and eyeliner, and pink lipstick. Finally, it was time for me to leave.

Mom was driving me, and I began to panic halfway there.

“What if he doesn't want me anymore? If I hurt him too much? I he-” she cut me off.

“ Shut up and stop worrying. He loves you no matter what. You're so much like your father.” she laughed.

“We're here.” she sang once we arrived.

“Good luck.” she kissed my forehead and I exited the car, heading for the beach. I spotted Jake sitting on a fallen tree, his eyes closed. I approached him, he didn't move. Didn't he hear me?

“Jake? Are you asleep?” I whispered in his ear. “Nope.” his voice startled me a bit since I wasn't expecting it.

“Can we talk?” I asked quietly.

“Um, sure.” he agreed, sitting up and motioning for me to join him.

“Well, I want to talk to you about what you heard earlier.” I began.

“I said it's alright. I don't need to know about you and.... Josh.” he said the name grudgingly.

“No. Dammit Jacob! Will you listen to me?!” I shouted, jumping up.

“Renesmee! I told you it's not my business!” he argued back.

“I say it is!” I screamed back.

“No, I don't need to know.” he repeated.

“You're such a jackass sometimes!” I accused, he rolled his eyes.

“Cause you won't listen to me!” he argued.

“Fine. So you didn't need to know that I love you?!” I yelled. “You don't need to know that I was wrong in the forest that day, that I shouldn't date anyone else? That when he kissed me, I felt nothing. I only thought of you. My dream last night, was about you. Well you know what Jacob? Fine! I won't tell you. Just keep saying you don't need to know. Fine. With. Me” I started to walk home without looking at his reaction. I felt someone grab my hand.

“Are you serious?” he asked, spinning me around to face him.

“You don't wanna know, remember?” I growled.

“Yes, I do.” he protested.

“No. I can't say it now.” I shook my head stubbornly. He put his hand on my head, caressing my face.

“Jacob Black, I'm one hundred percent in love with you. I was wrong when I said I wanted to date. I only want you. Can you still love me?” my voice broke on the last question.

“Of coarse I love you. More than anything.” he said.

“Prove it.” I challenged.

“How?” he wondered.

“Kiss me.” I whispered, he obliged.

His warm lips lightly touched mine, hesitantly. I gripped my fingers in his hair, pulling him to me. Our lips parted, and our tongues met. We both pulled away, minutes later, gasping for air.

“That was our first kiss.” I stated with a grin when our breathing nearly reached normal.

“More to come.” he grinned back and kissed me again.
