Lucy was just the sweetest little girl, and I hoped my son would have the same interests as me also. Lucy loved to look at my old history books and watch the documentaries on the Discovery channel. But you could also see a lot of Bella in her. She was very quiet, loving, and smart. She made sure everybody was happy before she was. Alice was a little jealous that Lucy likes to hang out with me, but now that we have a baby, she forgets about that. And Lucy loves her Aunt Alice, she just doesn't like to shop. Also like Bella.

"Uncle Jazzy, where's Caleb?" I looked up from the paper I was currently grading to see Lucy standing in the doorway, holding her stuffed monkey I got her for Christmas last year.

"Caleb's sleeping I think. Did you have a good nap?" I asked her. She nodded and came over to me. I pulled her onto my lap and she leaned against me.

"What are you doing?" she asked quietly.

"I'm grading papers, would you like to help me?"

"Sure!" I chuckled, she was always eager to try things.

"Okay, these are called multiple choice. Can you read me the letters to me?" I pointed to the answers sheet. She nodded eagerly.

We sat and graded papers for a few minutes. Lucy really knew her alphabet, Edward would be proud when I told him. He's been trying to teach those two everything he possibly could lately.

"Hey you two, what are you doing?" my little pixie's voice rang out quietly from across the room. She had become more mellow since Caleb was born, and while I loved my exubrant Alice, the calm one was nice for a change.

"Lucy's helping me grade papers," I told her. I looked up and saw her holding a sleeping Caleb in her arms.

"Auntie Alice, can I hold Caleb?" Lucy asked.

"Sure, sweetie."

I helped Lucy hold the baby and made sure she was doing it correctly. While she was engaged in her cousin, I looked at my wife.

"How are you holding up?" I asked her.

"I'm fine. A little tired, but I'll manage." I motioned for her to lean down and I gave her a kiss.

"I love you," I reminded her.

"I love you too!" she chirped. "I was thinking about calling Rose and seeing if she wanted to bring Jack over for a little bit."

"That would be good, they need to see each other." I had a thought. "Hey, what if we took them to the Port Angeles aquarium?"

"That would be fun! I'll call Rose back and tell her to bring Emmett and Danny too!" Alice was so excited she forgot to take Caleb.

"Uncle Jazzy, I think Auntie Alice forgot the baby!" Lucy giggled. I laughed with her, she was the cutest thing.

Alice returned a moment later and said, "Oops," quietly, and came to scoop my son up in her arms. "I'll just put him in his crib. You two finish up." She left with a bounce in her step.

I looked down and Lucy and smiled when I saw her looking up at me as well. "I love you, Lucy Ducy," I said, kissing her forehead.

She giggled again at the nickname I gave her. "I love you too Uncle Jazzy!"

My Jazz and Lucy were so cute together! I can see Jasper really loves her.

"Hey Rose!" I said when she answered the phone.

"Hi Alice, aren't we chipper this morning?"

"Ha ha very funny. I was wondering if you wanted to go to the Port Angeles Aquarium today with us?"

"Sure! I know Jack misses Lucy," she replied. "What time do you want to meet there?"

"How about two?" I asked. That way Caleb will be done with his nap by then.

"Sounds perfect!" she said before hanging up.

I looked down at the baby in my arms and smiled. Caleb was my little boy who looks just like his daddy, my whole world. It's amazing how much I've changed since he was born. Of course I still love shopping, but it's mostly for him now. Although I hope to have a baby girl soon who loves fashion and shopping as much as me.

I carried Caleb into his nursery and kissed him before laying him down in his crib. I turned on the baby monitor and went back into the study to get Lucy for her nap.

"Hey Luce, do you want to help me cook lunch while Uncle Jasper finishes his work?"

"Yeah! We can make Mac & Cheese!"

I laughed and nodded my head. "It can even be Scooby Doo!" She squealed excitedly, which is rare for Lucy. She's usually so reserved and quiet.

"Have fun! Come and get me when it's done, okay?" Jasper said.

"I will!" Lucy said back.

"Bye Lucy Ducy! Thanks for the help," he said, kissing her cheek.

"Bye Uncle Jazzy!" she replied, kissing his cheek. Now I really want a girl, so that Jasper can have that with. A daddy's girl.

"Come on sweetie, we can even make hot dogs!" I said, taking her hand and leading her into the kitchen.

"Now we have to pour the cheese on the noodles," I told Lucy. I helped her stand on a chair, making sure she wouldn't fall over, and handed her the packet of cheese. She happily poured it in and began to stir it. Her lip jutted out in concentration.

"This is fun!" Lucy smiled.

"Did you know you're mommy loves to cook?" I asked her.

"Yeah, she let me cook with her before. We bake cookies too!"

"That's nice, you get to spend time with mommy. Does Jack help you cook too?"

"No, he and daddy play baseball or football," she told me.

"Do you ever spend time with just daddy?"

"Yeah, he teaches me how to play his piano! I'm not very good though," she said, frowning a bit. "And he reads to me! It's really fun."

"You'll get better if you keep practicing, I promise."

"Pinky swear?" she asked, holding out her pinky.

"Pinky swear," I said, linking my pinky with hers. She giggled and I kissed her cheek. "I love you, sweetie."

"I love you, Auntie Ali," she said back, giving me a miniature Edward grin. I had to hold back my tears, I couldn't believe my baby niece was growing up so fast already.

"Okay baby, go get Uncle Jasper, I'll set the table," I told her. She sped off in search of my husband.

I had two more tests to correct. Just two more, and the rest of my weekend was free to spend the last couple of days with Lucy while she was here.

I heard the soft pitter-patter of feet and looked up smiling. Lucy walked through the door and once she saw me smile, she ran into my arms.

"Hey cutie pie!" I laughed. "Is Scooby Doo ready?" I asked her.

"Yep, and he's lookin' good enough to eat!" she chirped. I let out a big laugh and stood up with her in my arms.

"Well then, we better go eat him up!"

I ran into the kitchen, with Lucy giggling the whole way.

"Hello darling, Lucy says Scooby Doo's good enough to eat," I said to my beautiful wife.

"He is! On the table and ready!" she said in a cheerful voice.

"Let's dig in!"

"Emmett, Jack, hurry up! They're waiting for us!" I yelled down the stairs.

"We're coming!" Emmett came up the stairs carrying Jack on his back. He was very good with kids, one thing that melted my heart about the big goof.

"Come on Rosie, let's go see some sharks!" he shouted.

"Okay, okay, I'll just grab your son over here," I said, rolling my eyes.

"Let's go Danny! We getta see sharks and whales!" Jack said, excitement clearly written on his face.

"Jack, why don't you run to the car and get buckled while I'll help Auntie Rose with Danny?" Emmett asked, putting him down.

"Okay Uncle Em!" he said, and ran out the door.

"I love you Rosie," Emmett said, coming to wrap his arms around my waist.

I was a little shocked by the serious moment, but it was nice. "I love you too, Emmie."

"And now you owe me some lovin' tonight baby!" he laughed before taking Danny's carrier with him to the car. I smiled and shook my head.

My big teddy bear.

We loaded the kids into the car and drove to Port Angeles. Jasper held my hand on the console the whole way.

I looked over at him as he drove. He looked so handsome and relaxed while he drove, and while I hate to admitt it, I hope Caleb ends up like him.

He caught me staring. "Anything you need, dear?" he smirked.

"No, just looking at my sexy husband," I murmered.

"Glad you're enjoying the view."

We arrived in about forty five minutes. Rose and Emmett were, of course, five minutes late.

"Sorry, sorry! The boys were playing video games," Rose said, turning briefly to glare at Emmett.

"Don't look at me that way missy!" Emmett said childishly.

Rose just rolled her eyes. We heard a "Lucy!" followed by a "Jacky!". We all turned to see Lucy and Jack hugging the life out of each other. I gave an "awwww" and placed my hand on my heart.

"I'm glad we did this, Jack missed Lucy," Rose whispered in my ear.

"All right kiddies, let's get going!" Emmett boomed, causing Danny to stir in his sleep.

Emmett led the way, followed by Jack and Lucy holding hands, then Jasper, and finally Rose and I with the babies in their strollers.

"Hello, five children and three adults please," Jasper said to the attendent selling tickets. She looked very confused as she mentally counted the number of people.

"Jasper, there are four adults and four...hey! Not funny," Emmett exclaimed. "Four adults and four children please," he told the girl.

We all made Emmett pay and then we headed into the aquarium.

"Holy crap," I breathed. It was huge! I'd never expected it to be this cool.

They had the aquarium seperated into sections. First were the various types of unique fish.

"Look Uncle Em, there's one that looks like you!" Jack shrieked, pointing at a pufferfish.

Rose, Jasper, and I burst out laughing. I guess Jack thought it was huge like Emmett, and the spikes looked like "Uncle Em's muscles". That's a new one I'd have to remember to tell Bells.

Next were the sharks. The twins loved those. There were hammerheads, tiger sharks, angel sharks, nurse sharks, and zebra sharks.

While the boys and Lucy were looking at the sharks, Rose and I caught up on our girl talk.

"So how do you think Bella and Edward are doing?" Rose asked me.

I smirked. "I think they're doing just fine. In fact, I wouldn't be suprised if they happen to have a honeymoon baby. Those two are very much in love, if you know what I mean."

Rose laughed. "It's always the quiet ones."

We were broken out of our discussion when Emmett cried out, "It's going to eat me!" Rose and I looked to see him down on his knees with a group of children surrounding him, giggling. Over his head, there was a giant hammerhead shark swimming over to the other side of the tank.

Rose rolled her eyes and went over to Emmett. "All right big guy, that's enough acting for today. We don't want to scare the kids."

Emmett got up, but did a dramatic bow and a "Thank you, thank you" before leaving the poor children alone.

We continued on and saw the sea creatures next, such as jellyfish, octopus, and sea horses. They were in a seperate area of the aquarium, and all in their seperate tanks. The jellyfish were very cool, they looked like floating moons. I found the octopus discusting, it was sucked on to the corner of the glass. Yuck. The sea horses were so cute, they couldn't be more than four inches long. We could see them wrapping their tails around seaweed in order to stay down in the water. Lucy loved this, and even Danny was getting excited. Rose had to keep him from slapping the glass in excitement.

The last stop was the petting area. They had coral, starfish, and sea anemones. They even had baby stingray-like fish. I took pictures of Lucy and Jack touching the creatures. They would giggle and shriek every time they touched something new, claiming it felt weird and slimy. For touching a starfish, the supervisor in charge of the waters gave them a sticker that said, "I touched a starfish!" They were very excited and wore their stickers on their shirts proudly.

And finally, they had a pool of crabs. They were huge, and I wasn't sure about letting Jack and Lucy touch them. Rose and Jasper agreed, and Emmett's opinion didn't count because he was a dare devil, so we let the twins watch Emmett touch them instead.

Only the big doof touched it by its claws and the crab got ahold of him.

"Ouch, shit!" Emmett automatically pulled his hand out of the water, bringing the crab with him.

"Oh my God!" Rose cried, going over to her husband. I quickly followed and stood by Jasper.

"Sir, I'll need you to come with me. We have doctors and scientists in the aquarium and they'll fix you up." The supervisor for the crabs quickly released Emmett's hand from the crab and ushered him into a private room. Rose hesitated between staying with the kids or going with her husband.

"Go, Jasper and I will take the kids to the gift shop," I said quietly. Jack came to wrap his arms around my leg, scared for his uncle.

"Thanks, sis," she said before quickly going through the large white door.

"That was scary," Jasper said quietly. I nodded and went to get the strollers and Lucy.

But when I turned around, Lucy wasn't there.

I screamed. "Alice, what's wrong?" Jazz asked frantically.

"Lucy, she's gone!" I cried, tears falling from my eyes. I lost Lucy.

"Okay, okay, don't panic. I'm going to look through the aquarium and try to find her. You stay here and call for help," he explained calmly. I couldn't respond, only held Jack closer to me and standing between the two babies.

I had to call Bella. I had to let her know that she and Edward needed to come home as soon as possible. I had to take the blame for losing their baby girl.

I quickly dialed Bella's cell phone number. She answered on the first ring.

"Hey Alice, what's up?" She sounded so happy. That made me cry harder.

"I'm so sorry Bella," I sobbed.

"Alice? Alice! What's going on?" Bella asked frantically.

"Lucy's gone."
