I ran out of the club, tears falling down my face. I was so incredibly mad with him right now he's lucky I didn't call off the wedding right then and there. How could he betray me like that? I never, ever thought that Edward was capable of doing what he did tonight. It just wasn't him.

Carlisle and Emmett were waiting in the car for me. I opened the passenger door where Carlisle was sitting and said, "You need to drive us to my place. I'm not in the right state to do it."

The one thing I loved most about Carlisle, was that he didn't ask any questions. Not why I was crying, or why his poor excuse of a son wasn't with me, he just moved to the drivers' seat and started towards my house. Emmett had passed out in the backseat, so I didn't have to worry about him asking questions.

We made it back to my house where Esme and Rose were waiting for us. Carlisle carried Emmett to Rose's car so that she could drive him home. I was still crying as I walked inside.

"Oh, honey," Esme whispered, eveloping me into a hug. I sobbed into her chest and she just stood there and held me close.

"Rose, Emmett's in the backseat of your car. We need to get him home and into bed," I heard Carlisle explaining.

"How's Alice?" I managed to choke out.

"She's already six centimeters dialated," Rose answered.

"I want to go see her," I said with a little more volume, trying to sober up.

"Well, okay, let's go," Esme smiled.

"I'll have to call Charlie and see if he'll watch Jack and Lucy, and somebody's got to watch Emmett," I sniffled.

"I'll stay here with Emmett and the kids. You girls go and be with Alice," Carlisle spoke up.

"Are you sure? I mean, Jack and Emmett together..." I trailed off, wiping away the rest of my tears.

"Positive. Alice needs all of you. Just let me go get Emmett and then you can head to the hospital."

Ten minutes later, Esme, Rose, and I were walking into the emergency doors of Forks hospital because the regular lobby doors were closed for the night. It was eleven o'clock at night, after all.

"Excuse me, we're looking for Alice Hale," Rose said to the receptionist working behind the desk in the waiting room.

"I'm sorry, Miss, but visiting hours are over," she told Rose.

"We're family," Rose pressed.

"I'm sorry, we can't let you through, but you can-"

"They can come back. My wife needs them," Jasper said, appearing through the doors of the emergency room. He looked nervous and extremely jumpy. Our confused expressions must have been clear on our faces because he added, "Carlisle called and told me you were coming."

"I guess you can go back," the receptionist sighed.

The four of us made our way to Alice's room, where she was breathing deeply.

"Oh thank GOD you guys made it. This is pure torture. How did you guys do it?" she groaned.

"It's not easy, but you'll be glad you did it in the long run," Esme smiled at her daughter.

"I hope you're right, Mom, because this is pure h-" She stopped suddenly and her face twisted in pain; she was having a contraction.

"Here, sweetie," Jasper said, holding out his hand for her to squeeze.

"How's she doing?" A doctor that looked to be in her mid-thirties walked into the room.

"She's having a lot of pains," Jasper told her.

The doctor laughed. "They're called contractions, and that's good, it means the baby wants to come out. I'm just going to check you again, Alice, and see how far you're dialated." She sat down on a stool and checked Alice. "Wow, you progressed very fast. You're at ten centimeters and you're ready to push," she smiled. "I'm going to get the nurses and be back in fifteen minutes to have this baby!" She left the room.

"Alice!" I squealed. "You're going to have a baby in twenty minutes!"

"Yeah, I am," she breathed, forgetting about the pain momentarily while she thought about it. "Jasper, we're going to be parents!"

"I know," he grinned.

We helped Alice get through the labor pains while the nurses preped her. Sure enough, fifteen minutes later, Doctor Gilmore was back and ready to do this.

"Okay, on the count of three, I want you to take a deep breath and push down for ten counts," she told Alice. Alice nodded and braced herself for this hell they called childbirth.

Jasper was holding her hand on one side, while Rose had her other hand. Esme and I were the encouragers.

"One, two, three," Doctor Gilmore counted, and Alice pushed.

"Good, take a breath."

"One, two, three," the doctor counted again.

"You can do it, Ali," I said.

"Breathe."

"Good. One more push and the head will be out. One, two, three," she counted again.

Alice let out a scream and Jasper laughed a little. "Alice, the head's out," he grinned. "You're doing great."

"This has got to be one of the easiest births I've delivered in a long time," Doctor Gilmore said. "One more push and it's all over. One, two, three."

I could tell Alice was giving it her all, whatever it took to get the baby out. A loud cry filled the room and I saw the pain on her face turn into pure love for her child. I forgot all about my problems at the moment and just relished the look on Alice and Jasper's faces as they met their child for the first time.

EPOV

I couldn't help it. I was all over her. My hands were on her breasts and my mouth was attacking hers. She tasted so good that I just couldn't stop.

"You're sexy," she breathed on my face. "I'm Lauren, what's your name?"

"Edward," I slurred, my hand drifting to her butt again.

"Well, Edward, why don't we take this into a private room?" she whispered huskily. I nodded and let her take my hand into a room that held a couch and a table, and it was dark.

She pushed me down onto the couch and climbed on top of me. She lowered her head and kissed me, shoving her tounge down my throat. Her hands traveled down my bare chest and down to my pants zipper. This girl-Lauren, was it?-started to take my pants off, when my mind flashed to Bella.

Bella.

Bella.

My fiance, the woman I love.

Oh my God, what was I doing to her? I promised not to look or touch any naked strippers, and here I am, about to have sex with one. I sickened myself, being drunk wasn't an excuse.

"I can't."

"What?" she paused, look up at me with heavy eyelids.

"I'm not having mindless sex with you." I shoved her off of me, probably a little harder than necissary, and stood up. I stumbled a little when I started walking, but I recovered and left that small room. I went to the chair I was once occupying and grabbed my shirt, pulling it on as I headed to the table where Jasper and Carlisle were sitting.

Only to find they weren't there.

Great, just great. I was stuck in a strip club with no ride home.

I called a cab and was telling the driver my address twenty minutes later. I was just glad I remembered where I lived, with how much alcohol I consumed tonight.

I paid him more than enough money and stumbled to the porch to grab the key under the mat. I walked into my house to find Carlisle reading a book in the recliner, Emmett passed out on the couch.

"Edward, nice of you to come home," my father said with a hint of disappointment in his expression.

"Where's Bella? I really need to talk to her?" I mumbled, shutting the door behind me.

"She's at the hospital with the girls, Alice is having her baby."

Damn, now it has to wait until the morning, and I don't want to be guilt-ridden throughout the night.

"Go to bed, son, and be quiet, your children are sleeping," Carlisle told me, and I had no choice but to do just that.

I laid in bed, cold and alone without my Bella by my side.

BPOV

"He's so handsome, Ali," I murmered, gazing down at my new nephew.

"I know," she grinned, kissing her son's head.

"Do you have a name?" Esme asked.

"Caleb Jasper Hale," Alice answered.

"I love it," Rose smiled.

We sat around, taking turns holding little Caleb until he got antsy and wanted to eat.

"I better feed him," Alice told us.

"Yeah, I have to go take care of Emmett and Danny anyways," Rose answered.

"I have to go take care of my children, too," I said, purposely leaving out Edward.

"Okay, come back tomorrow with everybody. Thank you guys for being here!" Alice grinned.

We said our goodbyes to Jasper and piled into Rose's car. The hospital was only five minutes away, yet I wished it was farther away. I didn't want to go home and face Edward so soon. He broke my heart, and I don't know what the future holds for us.

"So, do I have a grandchild?" Carlisle asked as we walked in the door.

"It's a boy, Caleb Jasper Hale," Esme smiled.

"Poor Lucy, she's the only girl," he joked.

"Carlisle, will you help me get Emmett into my car? We need to get going," Rose broke in.

"Of course." They got Emmett into the front seat and Rose grabbed Danny before saying her goodbyes. She left with a smile on her face as Danny giggled up at her.

"Well, Bella, we must get going too. I'll call you tomorrow and we'll arrange to go see Alice tomorrow," Esme said, hugging me before going to start the car.

"Goodbye, Bella. Take care," he said, giving me a knowing look. He knew exactly what was going on.

"Thanks," I mumbled and he left.

I made my way up to my room where Edward was sleeping. I didn't want to be mad at him, but he gave me no choice. He should know not to do something like that, no matter how intoxicated he was.

I put on some pajamas and climbed into my side of the bed, my back facing Edward. I made sure I was as far away as possible from him.

"Bella?"

"What?" I asked harshly.

"Can we talk?" he pleaded.

"There's nothing to talk about. I saw you with that slut, shoving your tounge down her throat, feeling her up. I don't even want to know what happened after I left." I had to stop because tears were forming in my eyes, and I didn't want my voice to crack in front of him.

"I didn't know what I was doing. Emmett got me so drunk, I wasn't thinking. I'm so sorry, love, I really didn't mean to hurt you, or betray you like that, but I swear to you I didn't sleep with her." He reached out and tried to put his arms around me, but I pulled away.

"Don't call me love, and don't touch me," I spat, climbing out of bed and grabbing the comforter. I turned around and finally looked at him on my way out the door. I saw his eyes were full of sorrow and resentment, but I just couldn't forgive him for this. "You're just lucky I haven't called off the wedding, bastard."

With that, I left the room and went into one of the spare bedrooms. I cried myself to sleep that night, wondering why I wasn't good enough for him that he had to sleep with a stripper.
