Isabella and I

Summary:
Isabella is cool and confident
Bella is shy and hardworking
Isabella is a cheerleader
Bella is a friendmaker.
Bella and Isabella are total opposites.
Problem is, they're the same person

Notes:
Okay, this has a rather random theme. And also, slightly non/canon in parts. Don't get offended! It's just a story. Oh, and Alice isn't a vampire yet. Jasper found the Cullen's on his own. Bella, also isn't a vampire but the other Cullen's are (like normal)

Bella

When I got into biology, Edward was there looking like he wanted to say something. Unfortunately, Mr Banner started the lesson immediately. Edward sighed and pulled out a sheet of paper. He scribbled something down and passed it to me.

Thanks for the help. I passed! My parents would have flipped if I'd failed.

I replied: I thought you always came top? You never forget homework!

I did this time. But like I said, thanks to you I passed.

You're welcome. Was this going anywhere I wondered? Or did he simply want to thank me?

Bella, are you free on Sunday night?

Why?

There's a movie on and I wondered if you wanted to see it.

Wow...sure. I'm free.

Great! I'll pick you up at seven! Thanks!

Wow, that was an understatement. I was gob smacked. Edward Cullen had asked me out. Edward Cullen! The hottest boy in the entire school. Not that I cared about looks but he really was gorgeous and this was very unexpected. Was he just doing it to thank me? Or did he actually like me? So many questions. The lesson ended.

"So I'll see you then" he said "If you still want to go?" there was something darker in his tone.

"No, I'll go. Why wouldn't I?" I asked, laughing slightly. His dark smile seemed to echo sadness. It was almost as if he didn't want me to go. But he'd invited me, why would he not want me to go? The sad truth sank on me. It was a cruel joke. He'd asked me so that I'd spend ages waiting for him to turn up and he wouldn't. Hmm. I would make plans to be unavailable at seven on Sunday, so if he did arrive to have a laugh at me, I'd be out. I would ask Jess or Angela at lunch.

"Jess, have you got plans on Sunday?" I asked.

"Sadly, yes. My mum's sister's coming over with my cousins so I have to play happy families!" she wailed. I glanced over at Edward. He was looking perplexed. As soon as my gaze met his, he immediately looked away. Angela sat down and I tried again.

"Angela? Are you doing anything on Sunday?"

"Yes, sorry. Ben and I are going out to the cinema"

"Why are you so desperate to do something on Sunday?" asked Jessica, with undisguised curiosity.

"Oh well, Charlie's fishing I just fancied doing something interesting, you know, instead of sitting at home and doing homework. Or reading"

"You really need to get out more. Oh well, maybe next time there's a game, we can go to the after party"

"Who'd want to go to their scrappy party anyway"? Asked Angela with sudden force. She looked...angry. Angela was never angry!

"Who put your pants in a knot?" asked Lauren, sitting down with us. Technically Lauren was a cheerleader. Sadly, she didn't have the factor that got you onto Rosalie Hale's table and dating her brothers. The reason it was annoying she wasn‘t allowed on their table, was because she was a pest.

"Those...idiots on the football team...they're jerks!" she obviously wouldn't explain in the dining hall. I decided to get it from her later.
