High Moon

Nessie has a good life, living in Forks with her family. She is engaged to Jacob Black, and has a house. It seems like nothing can go wrong until people start suspecting things about the Cullens, and they are forced to move away from forks. Will the move harm Nessie and Jakes new relationship, and what other problem are going to get in their way?

This story is completely writen in Nessie's POV and tkes place 18 years after Breaking Dawn started. I own nothing. Stephanie Meyer owns all. I only own my major obsession with Jacob Black.

It only took me a few minutes to get to the main house. We live in a little house far enough away from the cottage that my father can't hear us with his mind reading, and far away enough from the main house that vampire ears can't hear us. They wanted us to have a little privacy. I was actually a little (lot) grateful for that. Vampire hearing is majorly annoying. I am just happy my dad finally got over me and Jake. He's still not a big fan of him, but he never was. Werewolves are too unstable according to him.

I got into the house and Alice ran right to me and dragged me upstairs into her room. I heard a few hi's and Emmett's laugh before I was suddenly on a couch, that Alice sat me on.

"Nessie! I had a vision!"

I rolled my eyes at her, "You always have them, that isn't surprising at all!" Alice was a little, hmmm, blonde at times. A little empty-headed, like Rose.

"Nessie, you don't understand, I saw your dress! Well I think it's your dress because I didn't actually see it on you because, I can't see you in my visions, but any way, look at it!" She was all excited, too excited. I thought she was going way overboard with this wedding. I am so much like my mom in some ways. I didn't want a huge big white wedding, I just wanted to go have a small ceremony with only my family and the wolf pack, including Billy, but Alice had to have it her way. She wanted to invite the Denali's, and a bunch of the vampires that helped us almost 18 years ago. My mom has told me that Alice did this with her wedding, too.

She started walking to the closet when I stopped her. "Alice, I have been looking though magazines for weeks and there has only been one that I liked, but I didn't like neckline, sleves, or the fluffy stuff at the bottom. It just wasn't me." Alice rolled her eyes at me because I used the wrong 'dress vocabulary'. I had this lecture three times in the past week.

"If it had that much wrong with it, then you didn't actually like it, but it's a good thing I know a great designer, and that I can sketch things from my visions. Here, I can show you the dress, but if you don't want me to, I can take it back." She grabbed a huge clothing bag out of the closet, and started walking it to the closed bedroom door.

I grabbed her shoulder and practically screamed at her, "NO! I want to see it. If you saw it in a vision, than I trust you!!" I also didn't add the fact that I wasn't going to have a dress if she did take it back.

"Well, you could have just told me," Alice skipped back to the bed giggling, "Open the bag." I did what she told me and saw the most gorgeous dress inside.

"Omigosh! Alice, this is my dream dress!!" I gushed like a fool.

"I told, you!" Alice said with THE biggest smile on her face I could ever imagine. "I also have the bridesmaids dresses... would you like to see those?"

"YES!" I squealed at her. "Are you crazy? Of course I want to see them, gosh!" I didn't even think about bridesmaid dresses. She must have been planning them.

She went into the closet and was in there for at least five minutes. When she came out she pulled out two of the most amazing dresses imaginable, then I noticed that she had one on. They were an amazing blue. The color I heard my dad tell my mom he loved on her, and then I knew that she knew who the bridesmaids were, because of the sizes she picked out, and the fact that she had one on. She probably knew that I was going to have her as the maid on honor, and Mom, and Rose and my other brides maids. I also knew, that Jake has Sam, Seth, and Embry, on his side.

"Alice, they are amazing!"

"Yeah, I seen Bella, Rose and I wearing them, so I got the right sizes."

"I figured. So it's not exactly a surprise to you that you're the maid on honor..." I said it slowly at the end so I could see the reaction.

"I am?" She squeaked in her overly excited voice. Apparently she didn't know. "I didn't see that! I only saw us in the dresses, so I didn't know." Alice gave me a big hug, then flitzed down the stairs probably to announce the news to practically everyone on the earth. I took the liberty to try on the dress to see if it fit, and sure enough, it did. Alice is amazing.

No more than two minutes after I took the dress off, Alice, Rose, and Mom walked into the room. Alice had an ear to ear smile plastered on her face. Mom and Rose looked confused. I had better tell them or Alice will burst.

"Mom, Rose? I want you to be my bridesmaids."

They came barreling towards me like a bunch of little kids who just saw Santa Clause for the first time. They gave me great big hugs.

"Honey, did you realize that Alice planned your wedding on the day that me and you father got married?" my mom asked after a few minutes.

"No, I didn't." I didn't even know the exact date! I have been relying on Alice way too much. "How many years would you have been married? Oh, wait it was like 18, because I will be turning 18." My dad wouldn't let be get married until I was 18, but I was already physically 17 by the time I was 10.

"Yeah. I still remember our honeymoon, on Isle Esme." She said in a dreamy voice.

I have never heard of Isle Esme, "Isle Esme?" I asked, hoping someone would answer me.

Finally Alice did, "Oh, it's Esme's Island," Alice replied giggling. My mom shot her a look. I wondered why, but then shook it off.

They asked me a whole lot of questions about the wedding, that I had no clue how to answer. I told them to ask Alice. They did and I snuck away.

I ran down the stairs right smack into my dad. I let out a low groan.

"Whats wrong?" he asked.

"Urgggg. Alice." I replied. I didn't really need to tell him, because he can just take it out out my head, but it is more fatherly for him to ask. He smiled and gave me a 'I know how you feel' look, and drifted off into the room and then I heard my mom squeal. He probably picked everything that just went on out of mine, and everyone elses minds.

I was wondering what was wrong with my dad. He didn't seem right. He barely spoke. On top of that I was really nervous about the wedding. I walked down the stairs with my lip bitten between my teeth. Jasper was on the couch with Emmett playing video games on the huge TV. Jasper looked at me funny, but probably because of my nerves. I suddenly felt a wave of calm float around me. I gave my uncle a thankful smile and drifted off into the kitchen to see if Esme could make me something to eat.
