I try to go about my business every day

I tell myself I don’t understand

Anything to numb the pain

But I know

It all makes sense

And it makes it even harder to be angry,

Knowing you were just doing what you had to.

But you experiencing it with someone other then me is heart breaking

I always knew you would never love me like him

But I hoped

And look where it got me.

I want you to be happy

But my ancient hatred contradicts every good thought I have about you

I know you will become one of them soon enough

For you to be happy
