Painting On The Wall

A story about the Volturi doing what they can to pick up the pieces after their encounter with the Cullens (post - Breaking Dawn). Once the pieces are taken care of, do they have it in them to put it all back together, or will Aro's hobbie for collecting gifts become his own undoing? Follow the Volturi and the Cullens in this multi-POV story as they journey across the world discovering new allies while the loom of fate spins their threads. Who's lifeline gets cut short and who will remain victorious? Only your reviews will tell which ending I release.

All Chapters are subject to editing as the final out come of this story relys on you, the reader / reviewer. It is likely that in time I will have a companion piece to this with the alternate ending for sake of keeping the stories flow fluid. Please remember to R+R.

"Here we pick up where Aro left Jennifer to take care of one last errand." Renesmee spoke placing her hands back on the childrens necks.

"Before departing for home with his guard, Aro recalled a particular vampire from Edwards thoughts that could prove to be useful to him. It appeared that Maria still held territory in the southern states and northern Mexico. The Volturi leader decided to pay her a visit and chose to reward her instead of punish her for her past. Maria and her coven of twelve, consisting of three groups of four that were split among herself, Nettie, Lucy; were to get a shot at killing Jasper for his disloyalty and possibly our friends - Maria's previous allies - Peter and Charlotte as well. Considering the two nomads stood along side us the last time that we came face to face, Aro was certain that this would happen again if it came down to it. Maria was left exposed with no choice in the matter, as Aro had seen that Maria had created immortal children for her newborn armys in the past and her coven was to be destroyed if they did not comply.

"Aro decided that it was time to check in on our favorite vampire family," Renesmee smirked playfully, "to see how little Renesmee was progressing in developement," She teased, refering to herself in third person, "as a few years had passed since last we met. Upon arriving in Forks, Aro discovered that the we had reciently left our home and appeared to be away at the time. While in the area, the remaining wolves left behind to protect Forks, came upon the Volturi guard who were faced by a number of wolves that had expanded their patrol territory in our recient absence." Renesmee removed her hands from Samantha and Claire as she continued. "These six young and unfortunate wolves were no match for what they came across and were easily disposed of. Demetri felt around for our whereabouts but all he could tell in the moment was that we were overseas."

"Ahh. So they've decided to bring the fight to us then have they? I'll be willing to bet that they are looking to aid Amun in retrieving their beloved Tia. No matter, let them come, we will be ready." Aro concluded, then decided not to prolong his return to Voltera and longer. With his new found allies and the two daughters of Joham, Aro and his syndicate left for home, as either of his expected visitors - Joham and Amun, along with his coven and their friends - were due to make their appearance soon.

"Aro had his guard teach, train and feed his new force and was happy to discover upon his return that he did something right in selecting the monks. They were centered individuals with a strong chi. They were also already very gifted individuals, each and every one of them. And their master, the lama, had the strongest gift of all. Though it was much the same as the other monks, it seemed to be a far purer, more powerful talent.

"Finally it seemed as though the pieces of his puzzle were all falling nicely into place."
