Mike, Jessica, Angela, Eric, and I enter the place where karioke is going to be held. I thought I saw five familiar faces, but I thought I was only dreaming. I followed my friends to our table and we sit down. Jessic went up first from our group to sing. She had a beautiful voice to the song Independence Day by Martina McBride. Jessica got a lot of claps when she headed back to our table, with a smile on her face.

"Good job, Jessica. Bella. Your next." Mike said. I go up and ask for the song What hurts the most. The music started.

I can take the rain on the roof of this empty house that don't bother me. I can take a few tears now and then and I just just let 'em out. I'm not afraid to cry every once and a while, even though goin' on with you gone still upsets me. THere are days every now and again I pretend I'm okay, but that's not what gets me.

I saw Edward standing by his table with his brothers and sisters sitting down at their table. My eyes widen.

What hurts the most was being so close and havin' so much to say and watchin' you walk away. And never knowin', what could've been. And not seein' that lovin' you is what i was tryin' to do.

I felt the tears come down my checks as I looked at the boy I once fell in love with and I was still in love with. I saw the tears come down his checks to. Alice and Rosalie were smiling as they watched me. Jasper and Emmet were watching Edward.

Its hard to deal with the pain of losin' you everywhere I go, but I'm doin' it. It's hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I'm alone. Still harder gettin' up, gettin' dress, livin' with this regret. But I know if I do it over, I would trade, give away all the words that I saved in my heart that I left unspoken.

I felt like my heart was bursting out of my chest as I watched as Edward's smile, the smile that I fell in love with, went wider.

What hurts the most was being so close. And havin' so much to say and watching you walkd away. And never knowin', what could've been and not seein' that lovin' you is what I was tryin' to do.

My friends were smiling as I was about to end the song. 'Few more words Bella and then you can go up to him.' I thought.

What hurts the most was being so close. And havin' so much to say and watching you walk away. And never knowin', what could've been. And not seein' that lovin' you is what I was tryin' to do.

Not seein' that lovin' you, that's what I was tryin' to do. Oooo, oooo, oooo

I put the microphone down and run into Edward's arms. Clapping and cheering came as Edward and I kiss. Edward pulled me outside after we were done kissing to have a private conversation. "You sounded beautiful as you sang that song. You made Alice start crying." Edward said, touching my face and whipping away my tears. "That song meant how much I fealt when you left me. Oh Edward. I missed you so much." I said. "Come. Lets go sing together." Edward said, pulling me back inside.

Edward told the song that he wanted us to sing: I Need You by Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. I heard the song before and I enjoy it. Edward and I faced each other, holding each others hand and in the other hand had a microphone.

Edward:

I wanna drink that shot of whiskey. I wanna smoke that cigeratte. I wanna smell that sweet addiction on my breath. I wanna ride cross West Virginia in the back seat of a catillac. YOu know some cowboys like me go out like that. So I need you.

My eyes were sparkling when he finished that verse and his eyes were sparking too.

Edward:

Like a needle needs a vein. Like my Uncle Joe in Oaklahoma needs the rain. I need you. Like a lighthouse on the coast. Like the father and the son need the holy ghost. I need you.

Tears came down my checks making Edward smile.

Me:

I wanna get lost in some corner booth, Canteena Mexico. I wanna dance to the static music of an am radio. I wanna wrap the moon around us and lay beside you skin on skin. Make love til the sun comes up til the sun goes down. Cause I need you.

Like a needle needs a vein. Like Uncle Joe in Oaklahoma need the rain. I need you. Like a lighthouse on the coast. Like the father and the son need the holy ghost. I need you... ooooooh I need you.

I knew that the Cullen family was smiling at us as we sang that song.

Edward:

I wanna drink that shot of whiskey. I wanna smoke that cigarette. You know some cowboys like me go out like that. So I need you... ooooooh I need you. I need you. I need you. I need you. I need you.

I had tears in my eyes when Edward ended that song. Everyone stood up, clapping, cheering and whisteling. Edward pulled me into a long kiss. Edward and I left for my house after that song. Edward went into my room and I enter the house. "Dad. I'm home." I call, hanging up my coat. "Did you have fun?" Charlie asked, entering. "Yes. Good night dad." I said, heading up the stairs.

I quickly get in my pajamas and hurry to my room. Edward sat on my bed waiting for me. I curl up in his arms and we stayed there for hours, holding each other and taking in each others scents. Edward told me that he wasn't go to leave me ever again and I knew that it was true.
