Name: Juliet Age: 23 Hometown: Huntington, WV Favorite Books: Twilight, of course, the Harry Potter series, Sookie Stackhouse, the Hollows series, Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter, Merry Gentry, the Nightside, Gone With the Wind, The Great Gatsby, Lolita, and I have a strange fondness for children's books as well. Bio: I'm a graduating senior at Marshall University, and I am a server/bartender as well. I live alone with my two cats, Margaret and Roxanne, and I spend way too much of my free time writing. I have always been active in the HP community, and have written several (adult) fics for various challenges and ficathons. I'm incredibly interested in the dynamics of the Black sisters -- I find them to be incredibly intruguing. They're all three masters of social politics, but do we ever truly see who they are under all of the masks? How fascinating. I got my start writing fanfiction for the Matrix fandom, and was a member of the (now defunct) Construct and Hardline. It was a shame to see those sites go -- some of the best writers on the Web wrote for them. But I met some amazing women through the Matrix fandom, and for that, I am eternally grateful. I got into Twilight accidentally. I needed another fandom about as much as I needed another hole in my head. However, I was bored one night and reading through my LJ Friends List, and I was wondering why everyone was making such a big deal about Robert Pattinson's new movie. So I checked it out on Wiki, picked up the first book the next morning after class, and I was hooked. Like I said, the last thing I needed was another fandom. Within Twilight, I'm more interested in the Cullen/Hale family dynamics than I am in any actual shipping. That said, I want to see Edward and Bella end up with one another, because I feel like that's the only way we're going to get more In-Canon glimpses into the fascinating Cullen coven. Rosalie is my favorite Twilight character, followed by Emmett and Jasper, but I really do love them all. In addition to Twilight, I'm also currently writing my own original novel. Whether or not it turns out to be any good remains to be seen, but here's hoping! Team!Vampire FTW!
